Out Hotel pick-up and airport transfer for our 2 days 1 night excursion from Delhi
to Agra by private car.
He kept us informed throughout the process and met us at Delhi Airport.
We were given a beautiful welcome garland we were welcomed to our Driver Sunny for the whole journey.
We then we're introduced to Dulgeet. He was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the Gurdwara Bangla Sahib then took us to spice market and arranged a tour in a cycle rickshaw.around Delhi, also dropped us off for a lovely meal
He was always looking out for us our comfort. He knew all the best places for photos and took so many pictures for us
He was very patient and kind pleased he was our guide.

We left Dehli with Driver Sunny he was courteous made us feel safe and stopped for toilet breaks explained about the weather ie fog.

We arrived in Agra dropped of at hotel was very pleasant next morning we were picked up by Sunny

We met our Guide Adesh we were taken to Red fort then on to see the beautiful Tag Mahal he made it so special for us
He was always looking out for us our comfort. He knew all the best places for photos and took so many pictures for us.

He was very patient and kind pleased he was our guide. Went to marble showroom to see some amazing pieces made from indian marble

We felt safe and so well cared for by all representatives of Travelogy. Would
recommend and i would have no hesitation in using in the future

For the SAME 6N Maharaja Express Tour cabin they charged US225 more and also gave less perks (1N extra hotel stay, extra 2 transfers, 2 days New Delhi /Delhi city tour) than another travel agent (Luxury India) citing that they are the official licensing rep of Maharaja E and a reputable company recognised by the Indian tourist board.
Unethical and intimidating behaviour?
Another couple with us cancelled by email 70 days in advance and lost their 25% deposit fee which they accepted. However, TI tried to get another 25% cancellation fee fr them as they cited that they were not within the 60 days cancellation window. Failing this payment… TI wanted them to pay a 100% cancellation fee and worse, intimidated that my booking (fully paid) would be affected. What scoundrels!

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The Golden Triangle tour, as it is commonly known, offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and breathtaking sights.

Throughout my journey, I was accompanied by a knowledgeable driver Mr. Balkar Singh who provided insightful information and made the experience even more enriching. The hospitality and warmth of the locals added a personal touch to the trip.

We got in touch with Travelogy for our parents anniversary planning. This was a last minute plan for us as well. We told our requirement a secluded place, a 4-5 star hotel & photography. I paid them 18k advance in the hope things will actually come together. The place we went was a cafe, their representative didn’t even explain me anything rather wanted me to discuss things with the cafe property directly. The photographers portfolio they send didn’t make sense and overly charged.
They didn’t block anything because we didn’t like anything plus we didn’t confirm anything but truly now they are saying that they blocked & not refunding the max amount i.e. 12,000 Rs.
This is a very inappropriate behaviour, if they were cutting some amount for the one day assistance we got that we would have been okay tho we really didn’t get any proper assistance. From start they wanted us to pay 5k and then wanted to share details. Very bad experience. I have now planned everything from my end without knowing a city. Thought they can help. Very disappointed & really want our money back.

Very bad experience. I had paid them for a trip to India but could not travel due to COVID related issues. They said that they will apply the payment for my trip when things resume. Now I am planning on going and trying to get in touch with them and they just ignoring my e-mails. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I would be cautious paying any advance payments.

I recently booked a tour package of Chardham yatra through Travelogy India, my experience was very bad. They neither provide any service mentioned in itinerary & promised over Mobile nor sort out the problems created by Hotels or driver. This company made false promises since started. Hotels were very substandard, places of stay were frequently changed, even at one place they provided Dharmshala instead of hotel. Driver was very rude who demanded 1500 for Mana Village visit and charged 1200 for trip card & didn't pick from Sonprayag to Hotel
whichever was included in the package.

I used this company for Chesham Yatra with family and overall my tour was ok, they helped us properly whenever we needed. Best of luck of future

I had Chardham Yatra through TRAVELOGY India Ltd.
The hotel accommodation provided during Yatra at all places was substandard.
They collected excess amount against chopper booking. And they are not returning. In spite of repeated calls no response.
They are not supportive to the customer. Their Moto is to earn money by providing substandard services to customers.

I have taken chardam yatra, but Yatra was cancelled by government, I paid advance of 10500, now they are not refunding the amount. From three months they are not picking the phone, no reply on mail and no refund. It’s a fraud company. Don’t book anything from this as they will call 10 times before paying the amount and once you paid they will never refund the amount.

There are a lot travelling agency offline as well as online. Having a lot of comparison (places which covers individuals budget as well) found that Travelogy India works good. You can have a decent trip (low budget) to luxurious trip (high budget) with them. I had been booked Palace on Wheels train through the travel agent Amit from Travelogy India. The staffs are so friendly that right from the enquiry till we get back from the trip they will be supportive (keeps constant touch during the travel time to make us feel secure). I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would approach me for a travel tip and also would like to have my future trips with them. Kudos to the Travelogy India team!
