He is not deserving a single star, very worst experience, I have plan to buy Honda City car and visit Trident Honda Saray Inayat Ex Showroom, on the gate of Ex showroom gaurd stop us and he has clearly told, MAALIK NE MANA KIYA HAI KISI AUR COMPANY KE CAR YA CAR WALO KO ANDAR JAANE SE. 'we are trying to convince him but he didn't permitted, one of the manager came from inside and his statement was same, and he suggested park your car on the foot lane on ALLAHABAD TO VARANASI highway.after a lot of discussion they are not agree to entered the ex Showroom, finally we decided to make a video recording the all matter and mail to the Honda Company, when manager seen We are recorded all it then he allowed.
With this experience.never buy car from Trident Honda.

Their staff is very courtesy.

Very poor service reception and No any customer lounge and Ac not working proper like its local garage.

Positive- Service is satisfactory, staff is courteous.
Negative- Far off from city, service takes 4 to 5 hours on a weekday and charges higher than other cities.

Insurance facility is very poor claim process for minor damage take 2 to3 days and worker and manager not solve problem on time

Customer service are very poor they behave like a robber. They delebered different models and force us to take that on cancellation they changed us for paying through card.

Very poor service.

My Honda city UP70 CY 7033 was given to them for repairs on 14 Jan 2020. It is more than 1.5 months but the car is not yet repaired. Every time we call service centre they say that they are unable to locate the required spare parts.

Highly disappointed.

Showroom is very clean and staff is very polite and sincere specially mister Chandan he is very sincere and heart winning person I am very satisfied.

Very good service quality. I loved their hospitality. Sometimes there parts related issue but thats quite obvious that not all the parts of a particular car model can be available. Staff is very good behaviour wise and also nature wise.

This is a authorized Honda Car dealership. Sales and after sales service both are available there. I have visited there many times and my experience with Trident Honda is very good. All staff, either is in sales or in service, are cooperative nature and always tries to fulfill the commitment on time whatever the have done to the customer.

Nice showroom, you may get impressed with Trident Honda. Normally every Showroom/ Sales handle the customers very politely and professionally and the same case is here.

Now about the Service.
When you will visit you will know the reality of Trident Allahabad.
* Car Receiving Bay and Advisors office is very poorly managed. Lack of professionalism. They do their work casually. Monitoring is very poor.
* Advisor will tell you the estimate.which is correct in many cases. You are charged at least 500 Rs for False Service which is either not done or useless So be careful. In UP East I have seen many service centres, who do not reveal the specification of engine oil which they use.
* I am not saying that Trident Service is poor. Actually this is the case of almost every service centre either of Honda or Maruti. So it's better to take care of your car by yourself.

Even Honda is well known for its quality but I am sorry to say that service quality of Honda is just comparable to Maruti not top notch.

Everything well managed. GM Mr. Ashis very cooperative. He has solutions of all problems instantly.

Good service centre and good waiting area as well, staff was also very helpful. Service charges and the service itself was also efficient and proper. Clean and hygienic, peaceful and hassle free.

Very poor after sales, most of the times you dont drive back satisfactory experiences. Huge huge scope of improvement in service quality. If i ask the guy who sold me the car, he would corner away with silly excuses. However few top ranks are much concerned and well behaved. Hope things improve here.

Place is little outside from the city
But it's very good spacious and functional almost all Honda cars are their with all variants. However all colours of cars might not be available at your visit. Demo cars are their u can have a test ride of cars if u like.
Staff is good but, not well informed so it's better to have your research done well in advance about cars rather than hoping to come from the staff.

I liked this place because this is only Honda car show room in Allahabad.staff and manager is really cooperative
