Tumbledry Dry Clean & Laundry Service

Poor service clothes are not washed properly. And they asked me 113/kg and bill came out with 124/kg. Poor service no professionalism

I gave my shoe for drycleaning post delivery I saw my shoes which was worth rs 10k was completely damaged.the shoe still had dirty stains, the sole of the shoe is chipping n inside sole has chemical spots.

After repetitive complaints to the customer care team no action has been taken yet n in every follow up they make false promises

I had a terrible experience with Tumble Dry dry cleaning service. I took my shirt and boots to be cleaned in October and when I received them back, Not only were my boots not cleaned properly, but my shirt was also damaged. I contacted customer service and was promised a refund for the shirt, but it has been 3 months and nothing has happened. I called their customer care center 50 times and still nothing. The customer service is unhelpful, and the company is not organized. I would not recommend this service to anyone and specially avoid dealing with their representative Mr. Chetan in (dwarka) who lied to me. This has been the worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had.

They are not professional. Delivery boy was misplaced my expensive Tshirt and Denim trouser.when I asked for the missed clothes then the person said we are trying out best will let you know. But
it has been many days. I'm calling but they are not give any proper answer.please don't take their services

Useless service, they never return your clothes in time. Staff in Their shop in sector 85 is useless and highly irresponsible staff. I have visited 2 times in their shop but they couldn't deliver the clothes after 10 days. No body is responsible there. Their customer care is also useless. Every time they promise to deliver but they are not delivering.

Hi trumble dry misplace my expensive jacket and no such followup when we asked for the jacket then the person said we are trying out best will let you know.it has been 25 days i am calling then they don't have eagerness to call the customer.now they said that we can't do nothing if you have the bill of the jacket then we can do something.very pathetic service and no help.please don't take their services

I had a terrible experience with them. They are not able to clean a normal sweater which doesnt have any hard stain on it. They charge premium but their service is extremely poor. Even after getting the dryclean done twice, the cloth is not at all clean because they dont care. Please dont get your dry cleaning done from this place.

Very bad experience.pickup boy was not interested to take clothes and was making us fear to not give clothes.by saying that they will get damaged.also they promised to give 25 % discount on first order at the time of booking but at the time of drop they ditched and started fighting.and did not give any discount.pls do not use this service.thanks

Tried them for the first time. Found them super expensive vis-vis their competitors in the market - be it the dry cleaning shops or businesses providing similar pick and drop services. The dry cleaning is not really out of the world for them to charge so much. Other dry cleaners wud probably provide same service in half the price. Have checked others prices before writing this line. Feeling a bit cheated after this.
They don't have co ordination among themselves. They call you so many times for every small thing that you are just left annoyed.
So many operational issues which are totally non professional.
Not worth so much effort that I had to make interacting with them.

Worsted service provide.this company is fraud company.this company doing fraud to customer When you will book order this company provide you low cost.but at time of delivery charge more cost.in company customer supplier is worst and they did not give any solution for this.this company kept my item and did not diliver yet

Worst service ever. Dry cleaning clothes were washed saw in poor condition with own eyes in shop. Received spoiled clothes.colour faded and buttons of shirts broken.

Pathetic service and even poor customer service. Won't reccomend anyone to use there services. Its better to go for local dry cleaning shops then going for such goons

Very very bad experience. They don’t deserve 1 star also. They are dhobi instead drycleaners. They will shrink your clothes. I gave my curtains they washed it instead dryclean so it got shrank then later they opened the stitching and put it at very bad condition. Such outlets must be closed down
Staff like Vikram as sales manager are pathetic at service and bhupinder has no time to receive your call and answer.

Beware! My experience with tumble dry indirapuram, Ghaziabad, has been extremely harassing. Since they had promised me on their first call that they will dryclean and return my clothes within 3 days, and give me a discount too, as a first time user, I tried to avail their services.
They never generated a bill till evening. Later in the evening, I got a call from Mr Shubham saying that they will take 5 days to return the clothes. I asked them to cancel the order as I had to go out of station and had availed the service due to the 3 day return policy. I was going out of station the next day, so I asked them to drop it back home the very evening, to which they said they didn’t have any pick up persons then. However, when I called the next day to tell them to hold the clothes so that a friend of mine could pick it up, they did not pick my call. I called their customer care, and was told that the store manager Mr Vivek will call me back, but I got no call after repeated reminders at the customer care. I don’t know where my clothes are now!
My advice is, pls be careful not to believe false promises given by tumble-dry executives, as they only play the blame game in the end and drive you crazy. There is no accountability, they simply take you for a ride! It’s nothing less than harassment!

Save your money.it’s total waste. It’s a rip off in the name of service.you need an example then try to ask the price of a Kurta steam ironing - not of dry clean but steam iron. It’s costs Rs 100.100 rs for a kurta ironing this must be the most expensive ironing in india

Also call center the store have a disconnect so, don’t try to call the customer care - it doesn’t care

Most pathetic service, plz nobody should take there services, they only iron and return ur cloths and don't drycleanat all.

Very poor service. No adherence to schedule. Received dirty product. Most probably it seemed that product was sent as it without dry cleaning. No communication within the team.

If there would have been a -ve rating mechanism then would have given -5.

Delayed delivery, pathetic quality of service, I had to spend more to get the product dry cleaned and steam iron from another vendor.

Don't ever give them clothes, they will never return and worse that Indirapuram Franchisee Owner behaves like goon who challenges customer, I am contemplating a police case to get back my clothes

I had taken a package wherein i had recharged my wallet with them for services at discounted prices and to my surprise there CCE and franchise team were not able to respond back to the status of this recharge amount (unable use the balance).

I would not recommend any one to take any service from them.

I got my lehenga and dupatta steam ironed. They clearly didnt steam iron it.the result is that the fabric of my lehenga skirt has stuck together at places and it has very big apparent creased lines on front and even the dupatta was ironed normally and not steam ironed.i wont recommend their services, they charge so damn much and the quality of their service is very poor.

I gave my party wear kurta and dupatta for drycleaning. When i received my garments back, they look faded and the dupatta is all wrinkled. The shine of the fabric is gone. My suit is ruined.

My life's biggest regret is that I trusted tumbledry to dryclean my expensive carpet.the chemical they used was so harsh that it distroyed my carpet, the color is faded, the stains are more prominent. Its so bad and spoiled that I can't even explain in words.guys if you love your clothes and don't want them to get spoiled, don't ever think of tumbledry.

Very unprofessional. Expensive for no reason. They pick up the clothes saying that they will discount but bill is generated without any discount.

Horrible experience of that. They first promised free delivery and pick up at the first call, then the delivery person (Akhil Soni) called me and said that your destination is very far away, so I can't get there now, can we do this tomorrow. The delivery guy also asked for extra money, which was not mentioned by the company. Completely unprofessional actions and zero accountability. Please recruit well-educated, respectable people as your staff, who at least know how to talk to customers and deliver what is promised.

Good things: -
1. Cleaning is Good
2. Nice packaging
3. Reasonable pricing for wash and iron

Things to Improve: -
1. Need to work on pickup and delivery. I have to drop my wash load after waiting 2 days and again have to drive to store to pick the washed items.
2. Their communication channel (customer care) is completely broken and unreliable. Better to direct communicate with the store owner
3. They need to work on their app to make it usable.

Their staff is not responsible, they promise for pickup but do not come, they lost one of my curtains and not accepting it, booked for sofa cleaning a week back and on the date of cleaning they told me that sofa cleaning service is not available. Too lazy people, no complaints management. Totally useless.

One of the worst so called himself world class.no communication for deliver and updats. Giving blankets and coats on March 8 and they promised to deliver by March 17. When I called, they said that nearby story is closed and you hv to visit.now they will update me tomorrow to give update on next delivery date

Item (chair cushion) was damaged with mutliple holes in fabric and the complete filing inside cushion damaged, item was repicked for repairs (after first giving excuse that it was damaged before but not able to prove even after saying that they have taken photos.not able to show any photo) but redelivered in worse condition and owner doesnot have decency to call or reply.

Worst Laundry service ever do not ever use tumble dry, the customer care executive gives commitment of different days and the store give different days, even the pricing policy of tumble dry is different
I would suggest that do not waste your money on such a fraud laundry service.
