No welcoming behavior with customers, it was casual this time, don't know if it is general or was for that instance.

Staff behaviour was very Rude, they are not even make a courtesy to deal with Walk-in Customer.
Every one busy with their mobile and they simply denied to attend.

इनके इंजीनियर सभी बहुत अच्छे है उसके अलावा यहाँ से स्टाफ की बात करे तो मैनेजर लोग खुद को पता नही क्या समझते हैं। इनके यहाँ गाड़ियों के पार्ट्स कभी उपलब्ध नही रहते, 2 महीने के इंतजार के बाद पार्ट्स खुद लेकर देने पर आपकी गाड़ी मिलेगी, अगर आप TVS की हाई परफॉर्मेंस Bike रखते हैं तो इनके सर्विस सेंटर मत लेकर जाना, जुलाई के महीने से आज सिंतबर आ गया मगर मेरी गाड़ी इन्होंने Ready नही किया, Visor लगवाने ले गया तो mirror bracket ही तोड़ दिया अब उसके लिए भी गाड़ी इनके ही Service Center में 1 महीने से खड़ी है, यहाँ तक कि ये गाडियो की जिम्मेदारी भी नही लेते एक महीने में गाड़ी को कबाड़ बना दिया, भूल से भी इनके यहाँ service मत करवाना, सेल्स डिपार्टमेंट की बात करें तो वो हर कस्टमर को कपड़ो से जज करते हैं। और यही वो शोरूम हैं जहाँ मैं TVS APACHE RR310 लेने गया था, और इनके स्टाफ लोगो ने TEST DRIVE देने से मना कर दिया, तो मैंने लखनऊ से वही गाड़ी खरीदी, और इनके यहाँ सर्विस में देकर दंड भुगत रहा हूँ, मैंने गाड़ी ON CASH खरीदी हैं। कोई LOAN नही है। मैन ये अपने YOUTUBE के VLOGS बनाने के लिए गड़ी लिया है, इनके सर्विस सेंटर में खड़ी करने के लिए नही, मैं तो कहता हूँ लखनऊ चले जाओ अपनी bike लेकर मगर भूल से भी इनको service के लिए या parts के लिए मत देना कीमत से ज्यादा चार्ज भी करते हैं और आपको झेलना भी पड़ेगा बाकी मर्ज़ी आपकी

Rating update-0 star. The staff has changed and are asshol3s working with no conscience and lack of professionalism. They will treat you like slaves and work according to them.

The showroom is Ok, you will find almost all the TVS bike here but the TVS RAJ service center is pathetic, this is the worst servicing centre I have ever visited,
I have TVS Ronin and none of the staff are skilled to work on it, the service boy working on my bike was not even able to open bike's engine cover. They did not had proper tools and devices to fix the issues in the bike. Even the service manger was of no help. Absolutely pathetic service point.

They even tried suggesting to go to a third party shop to get physical bike issues fixed. Service center on there own said that they have no idea on how to work on the bike.

To add to this. The waiting lounge is as dirty as it could be.

I will not recommended this place.unless you want to buy RR310 or Ronin as unfortunately they are the only ones who sell these premium models.

Showroom is Ok but After sales Service is Pathetic.

Tooks two TVS Ronins for Service today.staff had no idea what to do.pathetic training to staff.cant open engine cover.took 30+ mins to tighten chain. Ronin engine needs 1300 ml of Engine oil.they even didn't know that.they were putting only 1000 ml.we had to show them the booklet to update their knowledge.

One of the bike had a small problem.they said to get it checked from outside.

No words to explain the pathetic scenario any more.

Worst service center ever I have found especially the workshop manager (fat guy) they keep telling you lies and also there is no spare part availability. So go on your own risk

Very good service. Nicely maintained by Raj group. You can buy every TVs bike and scooty here at a genuine rate.

Good showroom in shivpur tarna varanasi and very nice behaviour of customer care.

Worst experience ever, service was very bad, if you want to chance some part of your bike you have to visit atleast 2/3 times for the same, they making people fool

The managers were very poorly behaved. When he asked questions, he tried to force to sell the accessories and said that I would have to take it. Did not help to talk to anyone over himself. Finally said that there are many more showrooms. I can't sell you a Scooty. I wanted to purchase a Jupiter.

Workers of this agency are just ok team is not best and the service centre is worst they don't give u your vechle at time

मैकेनिक अच्छे है । उनका ब्योहार बहुत अच्छा है । टॉयलेट बहुत गंदा है । कैंटीन में सारे खाने के आइटम वाजिब रेट में उपलब्ध है । काम अच्छा होता है । वेटिंग रूम वातानुकूलित है । कस्टमर को चाय देते है ।

Everything thing is like like any normal tvs showroom and simple service station.showroom is big but only few ac's work it boils like hell inside!

Location is on Shivpuri by pass, place is like hub for medical treatment and is developing in the same way, many good hospitals commingled in future in this area.
