I generally book uber cab for commuting but now days service is getting worse due to driver behaviour.after booking cab they call and want to know reaching destination because it does not come in their app. After knowing reaching destination they generally force to cancel the cab.it's really shameful because uber is making money in this way too.after canceling customer has to pay the amount. Uber and their driver is safe.today was my daughter's exam and I booked cab but driver named Adil Adil forced me to cancel the cab.really very disrespect

Ye kab ka band ho gya hai or sector 63 h block hai office wahan ek faaltu sa employee bithaya hua hai jo office k ander jaane se pehle bhi bolega appointment leke aao phir jaane dega chahe aapki id hacked ho jaye uber ko koi fark nhi padhta bilkul bhi ye log support nahi karte hain.

I have taken a ride before 10 days
Charged just double of booking amount.after that I have selected a call back request in uber app till now no any response from uber team very bad service.

One ride with uber dwarka to Rohani pad by cash but driver not update show in dues in my account.l try to contact uber customer care but unfortunately number is out of order

Complete Fraud.beware, they will show some fare while booking but upon arrivals it scales up to 2-3 times and you will be left with no other option except to pay. Worth avoiding even if it comes for free. There is no customer helpline to help you nor a email to write your grievance. Highly unethical way of making money.

I am disappointed with the uber services. They don't have any customer care number so that people find the solution quick. In uber eat also we are waiting 2 hr to take the food. Just because the person not available for the order received. Worst situation with me. I think they need to improve more and learn from food panda and swigy.

If you are Uber customer you would agree Uber used to be a excellent cab service, that's once upon a time. Worst part they don't have direct customer care contact no. Send feedback, thry will never call back.

Now the software has malfunctions, most drivers are rude, no quality control of cabs, cheating is almost ensured. Read how you are being harassed and cheated: :

1. Some time the driver takes long route by mistake or intentionally. While leaving the car you would see the fair is almost doubled what they have shown earlier. You lodge a protest and after sometime you are shown having credit of that extra money charged. But this money will never be adjusted. You are cheated.

2. Many a times exact route is taken, still you are charged excess price than what they showed while booking.

3. Many driver refuses to cone to your destination and would dictate you to come to some other location.

4. On many occasions while booking it would suddenly flash some previous balance of which you have no clue at all.

5. Sometime driver doesn't show up even after long wait forcing you to cancel the ride. But you are charged a cancellation fees. This is absolutely non sense.

6. Never add your card detail whether it is debit or credit card. Once you do this on every ride by default they would put the payment method through card doesn't matter even if you added it for some other reason.

7. Many a times a driver would say booking was not reflected in his system whereas younhabebalready been flashed his details in your mobile.

8. You are waiting the cab to arrive in just 1 min but suddenly the cab is changed showing another 10 min wait.

Uber is helpful at times, but it has harassed customers equally and cheated us of our money in many technical ways. Their way of handling the service can be questioned under the Consumer Protection Act for negligence and deficiency in service. Problem is litigation is expensive and tine consuming. Govt must have agencies apart from court to check and balance these cab service and Govt must ensure that every cab service has a direct customer care number to explain a customer what went wrong exactly.

Can service is required, but we can have better service provider than Uber. In many countries Uber entry was not allowed but they have much better and regulated cab service.

Every time I have a cab booked with uber.there is one adventure to another. Today I booked a cab with cab Driver was ashok for jangpura. I was waiting with my son for 10 minutes. He called asked me for my destination and as I was getting in the cab he cancelled my ride. And started putting the blame on me that I made him wait. And who gets the cancellation fee.me? These drivers needs to get a check otherwise the issue will always remain.uber is a good company but mostly experiences get bitter with drivers

I have taken the uber cab 2nd time in my life and it was the worst experience ever. I have booked the cab from Lajpat Nagar to Badarpur and the fare was 217.00 after reaching to destination the charges was 544.00. Are you guys making fool of us? After trying to call any support there is no any instant support. What kind of services you guys are providing. Kindly refund my amount which you have steal in term of your service charge, the driver was very discusting he dnt have any company id and he is totally unexperienced. Very bad experience with uber, be aware from this type of fraudulent.
