2d echo test doctor behaviour is not good.
Even when I had problems with my ECG, they did not check me properly. Because I am Army person and United gives some discount for Army person.

Pathetically slow management. Don't come here if you don't have an entire day to spare. I wouldn't have given even 1 star if it was possible.

Don't go on Sunday for USG in this pathetic diagnostic centre. They bark as they didn't feel any petient.

Very bad management patient is waiting for ambulance and ambulance went to pickup some other patient and they just left patient at entrance they don’t know hygiene. No one was available to lift the patient and shift in vehicle patient relative is doing by it self. So for what you people charging

Very poor support system. Collection of report can be done only personally only.
They don't even send mail or WhatsApp.
In todays developing world such a technological backwardness is unbearable.

If possible would give it A BIG ZERO. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE AS IT IS GIVING OUT RUBBISH REPORTS.totally wrong.i will be complaining about them to the court now.happened twice now.the mental agony, the trauma their reports cause is too much now.

I went there for ultrasound. Very unprofessional in management. Patients were being sent irrespective of their numbers. The reception staff was good and sending the patient by their but the doctor was calling the patients regardless of the number. Had to wait for 3 hrs.

Ct staff and whole diagnostic service is very helpfull
And report is timely done

I visited for usg wid my relatives.for usg on evening last week.n my usg done in basemnt.there was dr.and lady assist.both r tooo gud nalini ma'am may be.she was too educated there.n also whole staf there is too gud.have gud exp.my 5 star

Be prepared to wait for atleast 2-3 hours while the reception staff gossips away.unprofessional.waste of time and energy! Unfortunately Allahabad doesn't have many options when it comes to medical facilities.

Reporting counter lady staff is very cool n helping girl i visited afternoon there 10 day before.she was helping girl sit there.i m giving 4 star for her hospitality

Arrive here with full day to spare;they didn't care about your schedule.it seems they didn't know time management or their staff is vacant;moreover receptionist/coordinator lives on 7th sky. Despite all this you can trust their report as they are quality.

We came here to get the CT scanned. But the staff here are not working well, they work very late. Staff behavior is not good. Sitting inside the lab. Having tea, they are not follows any SOP, (standard opereting procedure).
Worst lab.

Too much disappointed service in this hospital. Here no value of time for patients. I m totally unsatisfied with hospital service please choose another one And I am giving one star only because there is no option other than one star.

This is the worst place I've ever experienced since you will be waiting in queue for so long and all the internal staff will take slots before you for their known patient.

The worst. They only care about money. They don't know the value of time. Also they don't talk clearly. Less knowledge, rude behaviour especially the girl staffs, I sat there for 3 and a half hour and didn't get my number, worst experience ever. Never visit this.

They use to wait a 9 month pregnant women for hours, while doctor clearly mention "urgent" in receipt.staff behaviour is very bad on ultrasound reception desk

बहुत ही बुरा अनुभव, बिलिंग कराने के आधे घंटे बाद एक्स-रे करने वाला आया।बेसमेंट में एक्स-रे होता है, लिफ्ट शो पीस था, चार बार ऊपर नीचे करने पर किसी तरह एक्स-रे हुआ। किसी को सलाह नहीं देंगे।

I have visited once, Its a big lab, good thing was open late night at 10 PM, clean and hygienic, Also get the report on time.

I went there for a ct scan on 17 November 2020 in lab number 012011170237 in the evening. Due to carelessness of the nurse I have to go through CT scan twice. Actually She didn't tell me to take off my shirt and consequently there was some metallic part in my shirt which obstructed the CT. As the CT scan is equivalent to 300-700 X rays that day I went through approximately 1000 X rays. It is the sole responsibility of the United staff that I had to go through such huge amount of radiation.

They will make you sit for 4 5 hours when your turn comes for ultrasound they will neglect to do ultrasound and tell you that you are not healthy to do ultrasound.
Very very bad experience I visited here with my mother she is not able to sit to much but she waited for her turn but after her turn comes staff not done ultrasound.
They totally torched her go here go there but after doing this stupid thing 2 hours they didn't do her ultrasound.
I suggest you all not to visit here anymore.

You will not be disappointed, they have maintained the feel of government hospitals, no clear communication, asked to go from one counter to another, unlimited waiting period, all these perks without any whopping charges.

In this time of covid they don't HV staff and Dr. They hv taken money and saying that dr. Is not available she will and will let u know.

No clarity in staff how to handle public. No waiting number display in screen. You will never sure when your number will come for test. Horrible

Pathetic experience. You will have to wait for 2 hr to go for test, after waiting for 2 hrs, they will say that Dr. Is not available come to next day, again the same thing will happen to you next day.they will repeat it for the third time also. And also you have to go for the different place from one branch to next branch and there also you have to start from the starting. So don't choose this diagnostic center if you value your time.

Worse staff, worst doctors.
They Do Not follow sequence in doing ultrasound, so your no will never come if you don't know anyone there.

Staff is very unprofessional, casual and untrained. They don't even know the difference in test. I asked specifically for HRCT thorax. They said it's available and billed me but instead of HRCT they did normal CT scan.

I was first to reach at ultrasound hall but the receptionists there, gave me the 4th number. When I asked her she said that the patients before you were of yesterday. Also the staff has rude behaviour.
I would like to go to kirti scanning instead of here.

X-ray section is very lazy section. I m harassed n depressed by this section. Especially by Nand Lal who is the technician in this section. I m not satisfied with this person who has not giving their effort in ur establishment. All persons who are in their queue are waiting such a long time. Kindly do the needful action regarding Nand Lal's work so that ur center may go ahead.

The receptionist was on the phone for 15 minutes.
After waiting 15 mins we were told that the doctor is not available until 3 PM

On a different occasion my father had to wait for 2 hours as the doctor was not available.
Infrastructure is good but service is bad.

They do their business only, nothing else. They never have any humanity with patient or their attendants. Time management of this centre is very worst. They nevermind about the inconvenience of patient. Staff behaviour is very poor and rough.partiality is very common here and it affects their responsibility very bad, with a common man. I am not satisfied with the services of this centre. Therefore I don't recommend anyone to visit this centre.
