Worst ICU facility i have ever seen as a doctor. It was pity to see my close one as a patient there. Government hospitals are far better then this hospital. Need much more improvement in the ICU facility or can shut down the hospital.in such settings patient can not survive at any cost.people are willing to pay atleast provide the bare minimum facilities. Keep the noble profession noble.

Dont console patient attendent in right manner.even their is no transperancy of treatment.no proper advice is given.but after pushpanjali experience.upadhyay hospital seems more civilized and mannered in this private hospital industries.better transperancy of treatment than puspanjali

चोर लुटेरे

I got my aunt admitted here for flu. We have a health insurance policy which we handed over for cashleaa. At the time of discharge after 48 hours they have given the bill of 25000.when we told the accountant that we have already given insurance documents. Then they confirmed with their insurance handling team and told me that health insurance is claim for cash less. The bill amount which they to insurance company was 15000.

So basically we would have saved somehow because of insurance. Otherwise for the same treatment we would have to pay 25000 whilethey could claim only 15000 from insurance company.

So it's simply a चोर लुटेरा hospital.

On 11/03/2023 my father felt a chest pain in train towards the travel from delhi to kerala and an emergency we detrain in agra and went to causality of this upadhyay hospital at 9.00 am.
There is one lady doctors at that time. She prescribe some tests and went out to ward for checking other patients.

Taken ECG from there and the staff says that nothing wrong with ECG. The oxygen level is going very low at that time and they given artificial oxygen from there and given more than 10 capsules to him. (I went to know that these medicines are vitamins like that to affraid us). Condition of my father going to very pathetic. They says that doctor will come within half an hour like that. After one hour doctor not came. We enquired when will doctor come. They not gave a correct answer. They says that we want to make another test and the result will get after 2-3 hour and then after consult with doctor. I went to know some other way that the doctor was in leave due to holly and he will be back after 2-3 days. But they do not disclose these things with us and not ready to relieve my father from there.

They says that he should be admitted here. These things are decided by the staffs of that hospital not by the doctor. Behaviour of hospital staff is very very bad and rude. One of the uniformed male staff may be nurse, he some times quarrel with patients, bystander and to the lady doctor also.

Fortunately my cousin's friend he is a native of agra who came there and made some argument with them and made arrangement to relieve from there and reffered one good hospital shandived multispeciality hospital in agra to treat him. We relieved from the upadyay hospital at 1.00 pm and paid 5000/- there.

Reached SHANDIVED HOSPITAL at 2.00 pm and within one hour They confirmed that he met a major heart attack. By passing time his life is in threatening and considering his age by god's blessing he withstand right to this time. In the test result it has been seen that his heart is functioning only 27% and right now also he have valve leakage and also suffering from Pneumonia after the attack.from there he undergoes angioplasty on the same day at 8.00. That's y he is alive today.

That's why my humble submissions is don't reffer upadhyay hospital agra to an emergency. It is a money looting hospital and not for treatment.

The approach of all the staff from cleaning to doctor level is patients comes to this hospital to pay money to each and every person and not for treatment. Any person who did anything to the patient he ask money for that.

Highly unprofessional behaviour by doctors. Negative initial analysis, took 5 days for them to get done preliminary testing. Had UTI and it ended up with lot more complications after staying there for 8 days with kidney infected.
Please don't fool people. Public want to respect doctors but instances like this are major cause for degradation of services across our cities.

इससे घटिया अस्पताल मैंने अपनी जिंदगी में नहीं देखा। लूट मचा रखी है। पेशेंट की जिंदगी से इन्हें कुछ लेना देना नहीं है। Untrained staff, careless management, and worst doctors, किसी को अपनी ड्यूटी ठीक से नही करनी, बस बात बात पर पैसे की डिमांड करते हैं, और रिपोर्ट आने में या डॉक्टर के आने में पूरा दिन लग जाता है । I request you all to please stay away from this poor hospital if you care for your loved ones.

Relaxed atmosphere which did not compromise patient care in any way. Care delivered in a very personal way and all staff had time to listen and explain.

Worst experience ever in such an emergency condition. Never ever prefer to this hospital. Doctors are not available, staffs are treating like experienced doctor.

Some jhol in medicines by staff is what i felt.

Do not visit to this hospital.
Only one surgeon doctor in hospital, all the patient depends on him but he available for some time a day, no one attend after the surgery, you have to call out multiple times, we need a doctor what a status of planned surgery,
After the surgery they just started loot, no discount on medications, no social and moral responsibility of doctor and staff. Even doctor is not visit to patient after surgery,
Some cleaning and OT staff are good.

Beware of vineet verma doctor, min improvement after surgery 15 days, After change the doctor patient quickly recover, his plan to loot again to insurance company, but patient is suffering,
He is more loyal to hospital than patient, really he is doctor, how he took fees, this is different story.

Bahut bekar hospital hey, koi dhyan nahi deta patients per, Jo staff hey Bo bahut irresponsible hey.

Dr. Rajeev Kumar is not tolratable, please don't consult with him, he doesn't care of patient, plz keep way from him.

Worthless assesion of the comlaints of the patient. Doctor doesn’t listen at all and draws wrong conclusion.

I must say one thing about the hospital that the Doctors are very good and responsive towards the patient and also for attendents

Worst hospital.rude staff behaviour. The staff always demand money for cleaning or helping patient.every 10 minute new person will come and ask money. Felt like torture.nobody give attention to the patient. They just want to take money from you. The cleaning staff always want money for tea snacks. The boys of the hospital are pathetic. They make faces and are very rude. To move the patient they demand money. Seriously big no for this hospital. 3 days and still waiting for the tests report. They just want to increase the bill. If you dont love your family. This hospital is for you

Ek dam ghatiya hospital. Ghatiya staff.ghatiya services. 15-15hrs tk doctor ka wait krna pdta h.or jb tk doctor nhh tb tk treatment nhhh.

All facilities and staff superb and highly expirience polite nature mostly cashless facilities available

Behaviour of Staff management is very rude and aggressive with the patient & relatives.specially the guard man at the entrance,
A small Suggestion to senior doctors and faculty to recruit some educated and mature person at entrance to deal with patients and their relatives.
Even most of the nurse's are not in possession of their lab coat.which was defficult to identify b/w visitors and doctor.
Lastly my humble request with senior doctor, the relatives of patient are already much tensed and in-pressure even though the behaviour of gate staff was very aggressive and loud.which impacts a very bad image of your hospital and hospitality.

I had been there at Upadhyay Hospital Sheed Nagar crossing Agra. Doctors working there are very efficient, competent and dedicated. They are well qualified and expert in their field. The nursing staff is also well trained and dedicated. The hospital is well equipped with latest medical machines. It is neat and clean. Overall it is a good hospital to go for treatment.

The owner of the hospital is very sincere and I must say the staff is co operating, polite and friendly.

Excellent critical care centre with very caring staff & clinically sound team of experts. I owe a lot to the hospital. Would recommend to anyone in need of intensive care facility

अच्छा अस्पताल है परंतु यहां मरीज के साथ अगर दो लोग हों तो उनमें से सिर्फ एक ही अंदर रह सकता है और दूसरे व्यक्ति को बाहर बैठना पड़ेगा और बाहर बैठने के लिए कोई जगह नहीं है,

मरीज के साथ वाले लोग क्या बाहर धूप में बैठे,

कोई जगह नहीं है धूप से बचने के लिए

डॉक्टर साहब कृपया कर मरीज के साथ वाले लोगों के लिए भी बैठने के लिए उचित व्यवस्था करने का कष्ट करें आपका आभार होगा।

लोगों के लिए नहीं है छाया और बाइक्स को मिल रही छाया, बताओ कैसी है ये उलट पलट काया।
