Typical Old style Govt office with minor touch ups for improvement since long time. You don't expect people to be accessible here. Most of the agents are lurking around for possible customers all the time. The staff here is very lethargic. They don't want to complete stuff urgently. Since the applications now are made online, they don't even guide that properly and to add more, the online application for new comer is a big jigsaw puzzle. With so much ambiguity in the online system and little help from offline folks, I completely sense the nexus & why agents keep roaming there. To sum it up, anyone seeking Licence issuance or renewal, you don't need agent service, just some persistent self efforts to get through the process. Lastly, the location is situated in some isolated area with no shops or market around. So be prepared before coming here & no public transportion is available here.
