It is not recommended to go value plus because the employees behaviour is very rude and also very unprofessional.

Don't purchase products from value plus, they say that product will outbox and install by company and product you will get is defective then they refused to replacement. Disappointed by value plus worst shop I ever face

Worst service ever faced. Very unprofessional behaviour from staff. After payment Staff was like "humne AC bech diya h ab le jao. " Rs. 1800 charged for installation still we have to call other electrician and at the end stabilizer was on floor not mounted on wall. We have to pay extra Rs. 500t other electrician.
Never ever going to revisit.

Worst customer experience pol are selling defective refrigerator s and staff is highly unprofessional and don't know how to deal with customers
They don't knw proper specifications and non serious behaviour while handling the customer or telling them about the product the attitude is very casual and laughing as customer is not important to them.
I think value plus owner mr agarwal has to do a audit check or provide better training to the staff as looks like they r only for their salary.
