The worst service ever. The staff are too rude and ill mannered, they don’t know how to treat a customer and their tone is disgusting. We have ordered a fridge and they have delivered the demo fridge. Even after so many discussions they were not ready to refund the amount, post that they didn’t send the technician for installation, and while complaining their tone was pathetic.

Worst ever electronic store that I have purchased from, ever in my life. They just sell products, earn profits and forget about the customers. Customers satisfaction is the least of their concern. They didn't register my number in the Hitachi AC database, now I just can't contact them
