I was there to buy a new laptop they have sebd down stairs to do the formalities and they have giving me the diyplay one.

There is no option for 0 star. The salesperson lied about a product that we trusted him and bought. All features told were false and product was not available in store to check manually so we took his word. Worst customer respect

Competitive rates with excellent delivery service, staff is supportive but billing takes longer time as usual.

Poor service, claustrophobic and suffocating. I could not survive for more than ten minutes in this store.

Worst delivery, anyone ordering / purchasing from VIJAY sales must expect a long delivery waiting, they promise something and will never keep that over to it no one replies properly after selling, and for them getting more business is shame that’s what their team says that so much work load, ask people who doesn’t have and Vijay Sales does not recognise the luck they have never buy from Vijay Sales, better to buy from any local vendor even if you have to pay some extra but not froM here

One of the Wrost Custome Care Even, I am trying to call them from last 4 days no one response.

And always the number goes busy, I think they are taking with their girlfriend all the time.

My first experience with Vijay Sales Noida will also be my last experience. After selling the product they forget all about delivery and installation. You can call them but nobody will take call. The store is full of people who just keep roaming around aimlessly but not one person will keep their word about installation. A den of incompetence and laziness.

Customer service in the shop is good, but they dont stick to the delivery dates. No intimation about the delivery date officially and even the customer care is useless, They will have no proper status about the order. Better go for croma or reliance digital

Update: after followup via customer care and 2 mails, AC was delivered after 5 days of order. Revised rating

Very good experience and demonstration by sales executive but life become miserable once you made payment.
Delivery is badly delayed.
Sales executive will not answer your calls and you have to call from unknown numbers to reach them.
Various pieces of same item will be delivered separately and you have to go personally to collect last piece as they will say they don't have deliver boy available now.
Executive will make promise to resolve issue and call back within 2 hrs.
And please forget 2 hrs, it will be 2 weeks.

My electrician charged 4 days as item was not received from store even after 2 weeks of making payment.

Rest is fine.prices are competitive

They do not pick your calls, once payment is done. They delay the delivery and installation of produi. They do not pick calls, very pathetic service

Pathetic service if you have atleast 3 to 4 hours only go there because they will take that much of time for final billing.
Today I visited there store for purchasing 2 mobile phones after wasting my 3 hours they are not able to make my bill. Long queues for billing.

Salesman focus on sales, not service after sales. Bought refrigrator but not deliver on time, when deliver than also wrong brand not the ordered.

Not at all happy with their services.

Vijaya sales team is doing fake commitments, once you do the payment, they take 5 to 7 days to deliver the product even during the payment time thier team is committing to deliver next day.

I have bought few things like Refrigerator, Music system etc from here.
So far good experience.
Only issue I have faced is with delivery of product which sometimes take more than stated time by sales person.

Though multiple electronics items are available under one roof, but i could not find ACs of my choice which were on display but were out of stock

You can find almost every electronic items with various brands like IFB, whirlpool, Samsung LG etc.
You can find TV, AC window & split, Cooler, Washing machines top load.front load and semi washing machines. Dish washer and more.
You can purchase items by cash or card or on EMI too
They provide delivery at home too.

Paid parking is available opposite of showroom.

Bad experience, purchased LG refrigerator in FEB 2020 with 2 year extended warranty.paid 7K for extended warranty but they used third party instead of LG without informing us. Last 4 days following to repair or return money, but no solution. Fraud company

I got all household equipments under one roof, prices are ok they matched it with online sales prices. Just little bit delievery TAT they should improve.

Vijay Sales provide good product but the delivery time of product are to late. Manager don't listen to customer.

Worst after sales servise.
They don't care of their customers and even not pick up the call.
Please don't buy any thing from here otherwise you have to keep circling around the store for any qurey.

Recently I have purchased IFB washing machine from them. Till date it is not installed.

One of the pathetic dealer. Will give you huge discount and than deliver demo/ defective piece at home.
During installation IFB company told, piece is defective and needs replacement. I have not yet received the replacement.
All calls of Vijay sales are unanswerable.
Avoid such dealer.

I fully endorse Mr Ravneet Tuteja's review. I visited their showroom to buy one big size fridge, but got very cold response. One of their salesman whom I had to pursue to explain features of few models, kept playing on his mobile & then quietly slipped away. I tried then on my own. When I lodged complaint to his senior, he himself volunteered to show me few, but left soon for a meeting.
Surprised that why they presume us to be a casual visitor and not a serious buyer.

Good collection of appliances like refrigerator tv washing machine laptops air-conditioners etc. Reasonably priced.

Vijay Sales is the best place for electronics like AC, Geyser, Microwave, Fridge and many more. We recently bought LG AC recently and noticed that vijay sales provides great quality and good material. The prices are better than market price, the service provided by the sales person is good, I recommend this place if you are looking for electronics and rate it 4/5.

Brought a laptop from here (During that time found a incident here a high level argument between customer and employees of Vijay sales, on date: 28 Nov 2018 at 3pm)

People should know that the Vijay sales gives the bad service the way of talking to customer is so bad and they should keep the much stock with them so they can replace with in time

Got the best deal after comparing with Noida shops & delhi.spacious big shop with variety of home & electronic items.

It used to be a great store with lot of electronics variety and it was customer centric, but now a few changes in management and current management wouldn't hear you or treat you as a customer, they aren't even sales oriented, even if you want to buy something, you would have to run after them and push them to tell you the details of the product. I would seriously suggest you to be good with customers because
1. Customer doesn't pendulate here and there and always returns
2. Customer is not a bad mouth and brings in other customers.
3. Customer like me would be writing a good review if you are good to me.

I have purchased blue star ac and elica gas stove from their, I campared price from reliance digital, Croma, online, even from authorised shop of blue star, no one provide the ac at the price what Vijay sales offered me. Worst experience ever. Customer care is s**t. They don't value their customers griviences and are just up for sales.
