Disappointing customer service. Nobody picks up the phone at Indirapuram center. Have to follow up with them to get installation done but nobody answers the call. Really bad experience.regretting my decision to buy from this store. They are excited to sell the product but no care for after sales service.

I visit this store so many time i always see a long queue on billing counter.actually we feel ki shayd vijay sales ehsaan kar raha hai store khol ke aap 1 lakh rupees ka koi product purchase karo inse uske baad ye half an hour line mein kade ho jao bcz three cash counter mein ek hi chlta hai aur woh bhi slow i feel i visit in govt office.

Very bad experience. Vijay Sales indirapuram is CHEATER
We bought IFB washing machine on 20-Jun, the product initially delivered was defective. After 6 days and multiple follow ups a new unit was delivered and next day guy for installation was sent.
After using the machine for just 3 months problems started coming, the spin function does not work and water does not drain. Vijay sales people don't answer calls after 2 days of follow ups complaint was registered and IFB guys ccame to fix the issue. After 1 week the problem re occurred and again the same drama with Vijay sales people.

Vijay Sales is just interested in extracting money from its customers and does not care about the quality or Service of the product.
Please check out other stores before buying any product from Vijay Sales

They don't take the responsibility of the products they sell
Never picks up the call and outrightly refuse their customers to help if the products are not working properly
All they ask is to go and visit service centers here n there

The customer support is very very poor. Floor is full of staff but not ready to assist properly. The responsible floor manager also not available to attend customer grievances

We had a very bad experience. They very smartly cheats the customers. They are focus on sales whether the product is defective or not. They have given defective piece of RO Water purifier Cupper HUL Pureit.

We purchased the HUL Pureit Copper RO in 27th May 2019 Of Rs 23500 from VIJAY SALES INDIRAPURAM. When their own service Engineer was even unable to install that model at my place. Because that model was given to us was defective piece.

Changed that defective model. Again another model was started creating problem. Just after 5-6 months in Nov 2019. Since then this Pureit RO. Thorough out whole lockdown period in 2020 & 2021 we were buying RO water bottle From outside.keeping this defective DABBA at home Unnecessarily.

After every 2-3 months, This RO Needs service. In This perticular Copper RO Model water Stops coming out.so that the customer again pay the service charges or some parts if need to repair.

After purchasing in 23500 Rs this RO is built in that way. That the customers has to call service Engineer and should pay approximately 3000 to 4500 one time.once we use 2500 litre of water. Then again after using 2500 litre water, we need to give them approx Rs 3000+if other parts need to repair.

During Extended Period also. They will not give any slip / receipt to the customer. What part they have changed.so that the customer will forget. What we have done in its service

No. Of times we have complaint via Email to repair / service it (we have all mails as a proof with date of complaint & requested No. Of times to replace this Copper RO with another Simple RO) but very smartly they are not replacing it at all.

Now this year our extended warranty Also finished. Now they are tension free. If we complain. They are least bother. Now I will CC all the mail's directly to HUL Pureit. And advertise in Social Media.

I will not suggest and not recommend to any customer to buy this perticular product HUL Pureit Copper RO water purifier. Secondly, Do not buy it from VIJAY SALES INDIRAPURAM. Bad Experience.

I went to buy mobile but this time I feel not so good in behaviour of staff all' were busy talking and wasting time, finally I left the and buy the mobile from dilshad garden.

Sold a display piece of refrigerator which came to be faulty and every subsequent year need some or other repair still samsung not able to rectify the issue.

Common parking outside the vijay sale is available.parking is spacious and is free. Lot of showroom was also available alongside of the vijay sale. Some food stalls were also available.about vijay sales.lot of varieties in AC's, washing machines, laptops, mobiles, TV's and other home appliances are available. Best part is about the negotiations.depend on the capability of person, negotiations price differ.but one who is planning to buy from here must bargain even after your 1st attempt of successful negotiation (multiple negotiations). Croma showroom was in front of vijay sale but on the other side of the road.

No one will pick your call after sales.
I have purchased AC and after delivery accessories are missing from the box.

I wanted to buy a refrigerator but my budget was not that much however the staff in vijay sales indirapuram were not at all interested to handle customers. They were all chit chatting, standing in corner and don't even bother to ask customer's requirement. Customer can go over budget too if in case he/she gets some good product or good offer but the staff was not even interested to ask anything from the customer. I went to Reliance digital in Shipra mall and their i got the product and went over my budget too as it was a great offer.

I recently purchased window ac from there.my overall experience is as follows:
1) Very slow processing: They take lot of time in booking sale, generating invoice & listening to customer complaints.
2) They delivered old model ac (2019) and after I had registered comlaint, they acted with lots of ifs & buts and that too with much delay.
3) Even for correction in invoice, i have written emails three times & visited their office two times.

Better option is to by online from other etailers as you same money, time and with lots of comfort.

I"ll avoid buying from Vijay sales even though i have to spend more money.

In one word totally mismansged, they don't care about customers.

They have variety of electronic products with stock availability unlike Croma.
Had great experience with Tarun & Kuldeep, they helped us in choosing right product and product was delivered on time as per commitment.

Best thing is that they have wide range of products, brands and anytime you go there, not only you will find products in cheap rates as compare to online price, they will also give you some 10-15% cashback on hdfc, sbi credit cards. After sale service is also very good.

Very bad experience. Twice i bought items. Once a small part payment was online transferred, of which the money was debited from my account but no msg on their records. I understand its digital problem, but despite of so many idol ppl standing there no one could properly pacify what shd i do. They bill counter person, highly incompetent was of and on rudely telling me, nothing can't be done. It may take 2 days. They didn't have plan B to satisfy me. I was in lurch, infact I am writing during this incidence. I don't want any sorry from authorities later. Thanks for your services.

I bought a LG fully Automatic washing machine. They took 4 days to intall it. Such a poor service they render. I had a great expectation but had a substandard experience instead.

Goo deals. Staff is not too courteous and are not customer friendly. But good place if you are looking for good deals sometimes.

Vijay sales store is big but after selling the product they forget the customer, only they are interested in billing after billing, now they are the the king and you (purchaser) are the beggars, if you have the urgently requirement of any thing donot visit there, because delivery and installation proCess is to slow, they need 3 or more days to deliver the product then wait for more days to installation,

The staff of Vijay sales Indirapuram is very unethical. As u enter the store and ask them for a particular product they will greet you and show you the product but as soon as u tell them that u are planning to buy in a week or so they ignore the customer and don't even answer what the customer asks. Should this be the behavior of the staff. Would suggest the management to train the staff in ethics rather than product.

One of worst products you can get from Vijay Sales Indirapuram.never ever buy products from Vijay sales specially what is their own brands. After sales service sucks.

Bought a vise Smart TV from them and it hardly connects with internet and even thought it connects, the picture quality is pathetic and disconnects very frequently.

The technician came to check has no idea about these functionally and told this is a network issues where all other devices are working fine.

VERY POOR SERVICE. Purchased a refrigerator and a front load washing machine 4 days ago but no one came for installation. I call everyday on their customer care number, they say "someone will definitely visit tomorrow", but same situation next day. Seems I have to install myself.
