Services were fast enough and easy payment modes available there. But their behaviour were little rude.sardar ji u should respect your customer who is buying a 1 lacs accessories from your shop.not underestimate ur customer.

Very bad behavior with customer. Very spoliatry price, no any discount on MRP. Very high attitude of owner and so as staff too.

I shopped at First Time Vikki Shop.

I exchanged my old camera for a new one. The treatment I got was best. Well spoken & jolly owner with learned staff.

I went to purchase Ringlight and tripod. But the whole staff was so arrogant and not interested to show the ringlight. If customer is asking for some item to purchase, he will definitely ask to check the item and price before purchasing the item. Nobody will purchase just by asking the price. The weird approach and behavior for selling the products by the shop's staff was really poor, worst and pathetic. Only shopkeeper's known people will give them 5 stars and mostly are fake. Not recommended at all.

Overall a good shop with all products availability. Prices are low however charges extra on card payments.

Beware of this shop as owner is very rude and aggressive in nature. Never deal for any products with this shop as they sale bad quality products and sale in too much high prices in comparison to other shop owners nearby. I suffered a loss of 20k in buying trilight, camera, batteries and they didnt gave service for there defective product at all.very very very rude and bekar shop. Dont spend single penny in this shop.

Perfect place to get things related to photography under one roof.pleasant n cooperative staff.

Worst place for camera & equipments. Very arrogant behaviour of shop owner. Most of the positive reviews are fake. The owner has so much attitude & does not know how to talk to a customer. Would have given negative stars. No discounts.
