I have booked my Car for Comprehensive Service from Autoflipz at Vinayak automobiles
During the service, I asked the engineer to check my back camera blur issue and he checked something and told me to check with car accessories which is fine for me but when I came back and I noticed that my back camera wire losing so I called the workshop guy and they said to touch the wires from back side and after that camera starts working but the wire was loosed so it's happening every time when I was driving the car and it's so inconvenient for me.
I called AutoFlipz and informed them of the whole situation and they said to visit the workshop again and ask them to fix it. I visited yesterday and they checked something and the camera stopped working completely. The workshop refused to repair it and also started arguing with me badly so I called AutoFlipz and the customer guy didn't provide me with any solution.
After a heated argument with the workshop, I have to call the police on 100 Dial then they agreed to repair it.
THIS IS THE VERY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER FACED!
Don't Recommend Vinayak Automobiles at all!
Workers are highly un-skilled

Vinayak Auto workshop is a good and fantastic workshop
I had repaired my car having door damage with accident

My insurance company assigned this service station for accidental repair works. They took almost 45 days. Given no updates I had taken follow-up to get my work done. Even I had told them to check all wires and connection with sensor. They told everything is ok. But the door is not properly repaired. They replaced the belt it's giving noises when asked the representative say's it's due to new ness. Least bothered to check. Zero knowledge of representatives. The same issue is resolved from outside service centre. It is because the belt is fitted loose. Wires are not join in the cuppler due to which gear sensor not working. They had told me that your sensor is faulty it needs to be replace. Pathetic place no services never go to this place. Big zero.
