In the ICU there is only oxygen pump and pulse, bp monitor nothing else and they charge ICU room rent and oxygen charge and icu care charge separately. Anyone and so many as people can go anytime with shoes in ICU and can sleep with patient. You will have to monitor your patient and call the staff. Hospital own its medical store and sell the medicines on MRP while you can get minimum 10% discount on medicines anywhere in this world. In private room you need to ask for cleanliness and arrange the hand wash and soap yourself. All this business is done under the picture of god they also have a small home temple.

The staff here is not that good either. Quite unheard of things, I would like to tell the doctor to admit the patient according to the capacity.

The doctors don't visit the emergency patient on time. They make the heart attack patient wait for 2-2.5 hours and then even deny to give their service only because they think we don't trust them & out of fear we ask them to run the ECG again.
My Grandmother was admitted to Vinayak Hospital on recommendation by a general physician on 22nd Nov 2022 between 3: 30pm and 4: 00pm. She was suspected to have an heart attack followed by vomiting. We were told that the concerned Dr will visit by 4pm. However instead of a doctor, nurses came and administered drip because she had vomitted at 2pm. There was no sign of doctor till 6/6: 30pm (do not remember the exact time). After which her ECG was taken. My grandmother complained of pain and irritation during her ECG which was ignored by the doctor which was suspected to be her second heart attack. Doctor said, she had a severe heart attack. My father did say that she was fidgeting during her ECG so are you sure that ECG did record correctly and said to get another ECG just for satisfaction because there was no sign of illness a day before and because she was absolutely fine a day before, to which doctor denied and said, "you don't trust me so I will not treat her", the doctor never even tried to pacify my terrified father and his brothers. My family was forced by the situation and non cooperation from doctor to discharge her and take her to other hospital during which she had the third heart attack even before the discharge procedure could be concluded. My family asked the doctor to do something. Once again instead of trying to revive her or even try to give her CPR or even use a defibrillator or any other drug to jump start her heart the doctor directly said, "I won't treat her because you don't believe me". He said that she had a weak pulse andasked them to take her to Medical college but he won't do anything. The doctor never even lifted his finger but used his tongue to blabber. But everybody knows that after she had the first heart attack she was living on borrowed time at the mercy of the doctors waiting for them to visit on time. But that never happened. The doctor missed the golden period of treatment. She was admitted by 3: 30 or 4pm why did the doctor never came early to check on her and order to take the ECG? Why did the doctor visit the patient at 6/6: 30pm? Why was he late by 2-2.5 hrs? All Vinayak Hospital did was earn money of a private ward and ECG. They even denied to take another ECG just for our satisfaction and instead accused us of not believing him or believing the reality. So we lost our precious grandmother because of negligence, late visit and non cooperation of the doctor. All I will always pray is that Karma will get back at that doctor sooner or later. Because everyone knows that no medical cases are ever solved in India even if we lodge a complaint against the doctor and neither do my family (where every son of my grandmother is above 60 years) has the strength and energy to fight them.

Perfect place for treatment and well experienced Dr Satish Agrawal and staff is also nice and caring

Extremely lax attitude. OPD hours are listed as 10AM, but the doctor does not show up until 11-11: 15. Staff is rude. If you ask about the delay, they will treat you as if they are providing free services. Most of the clientele are low income people from nearby areas and villages who fear raising any voice. For 400/- consultation charge, they need to be treating their customers with respect and value their time. Some courtesy and respect of other’s time is much needed at this place
