Worst organization to work with. No positive work culture. Conspiracy and favoritism is the culture of the organization. I have worked for the Kolkata branch. Worst experience in my professional career of 16 years. Ruining the future of skilled and talented professionals. If you cannot lick the feet of the management and the MD of the organization they will blame you for some or the other reason and terminate you. Complete family business and no MNC culture. Think thousand times prior to joining the organization. Do not take a risk of your career by joining this worthless company.

A total nightmare, over $10K wasted on a project before realizing it wouldn't go anywhere as they are not in control of their employees/subcontrators.
I felt very confident at first when going over my project requirements with one of their managers, over a conference call. To him, my project wasn't of a big challenge and one developer could most probably deliver a MVP within a 3 months timeframe.
He recommended a graphic designer for the wireframes, whom I hired and collaborated during a one month contract, through their service. Then I signed a month-to-month contract for one full-time developer, whose work was overseen by a project manager.
After a month into it (22 working days per their standard full time contract) I told the project manager my dissatisfaction regarding the developer's pace to which he actually agreed and replaced him by two new developers whom, in the end, wasn't producing much more than the previous.
I had several chats with the project manager, sharing my concerns about initial time frame estimation VS the value created over that period and each time, he was able to reassure me they were on track.
As we were nearing the end of the third month, I was finally told it would take another 3-4 months for the MVP to be finalized. That's when I decided to stop the bleeding and not renew the ongoing contract.

They have this recruiter Rajeev Kumar, who doesn't have the simple etiquette of responding to candidates after posting a job. They simply love to waste people's time by sending job related emails and then not picking up calls and/ or responding to emails or texts.

Worst organization that will ruin your career. Nasty work politics and favouritsm is the culture of the organization. Do not be lured with the lucrative offer from the HR team. Once you join the organization you will understand that you have stepped into a wrong place. Worst HR team and worthless management staff. A complete family business and no MNC culture. If you lick the feet of the MD then only you can survive. Do not ruin your career joining this organization.

Worse experience, bunch of immature, egoistic lunatics running this and if some one is joining and reading this, pls get in touch with me before you regret.

It's Fake company first HR calling you and telling all the greed after you are selecting the interview, they want so many documents I don't know even the US Embassy don't want that type of documents they want and after saying documents feedback is negative cancel my form and finding another one and I Try to contact her no response, HR is Upasna name fraud company.seriously

Been working with this company for 1+ year and it has been very great experience working here. I joined this company from iEnergizer and I could say, this company is 1000x times better then iEnergizer. Best for those who want a corporate level work after bpo. Best direct corporate office to work at corporate level than BPO and call centers.

Extremely Unprofessional & Extremely poor service, thank god I did not work along with this company. They are a virtual employee company but they can not even keep any sort of communication. Stay away.

Worst company Ever.

They will ask you to work for Hours and submit Hourly reports to Clients.

At the end when you leave, They will hold your money and will start sending threatening emails that company Lawyer will issue a Legal notice.

Don't work for them.

WORST COMPANY EVER.

The company HR Team lead may call you on you suddenly on Friday late night to check your availability for any open position they may have. They demand original marksheet of Class Xth for 3 months and a service bond for atleast 1.5 year. The dont have sufficient budget to pay as per industry norms so do not consider joining this organisation. They dont pay Shift Allowance for Night Shift as they state that they give more Salary Hikes than other companies.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR REVIEWS! DO NOT PAY ANY INVOICE IN ADVANCE!

This is the worst service ever. You get bombed with calls and emails until you finally pay your invoice UPFRONT! You also have to declare that you will not book your money back in the contract.
Now I know why.
The developer quality was worst then on Fiveer.

It tooked the supervisor and developer of my store one week to find out how to switch on a simply feature in the theme.

Timelines for projects where missed.

We where delayed in our campaign and lost about USD 5000 in revenue.

Still trying to get my money back

I believe all the "good" reviews are paid or fake, because I could not find any professional project approach.

We also did try the social media service in test hours. The "manager" had no idea how to use Canva Pro, Marketing tools and was clueless about spreading budget. Is all Organic Traffic which of course lasts for ages to show results but they get paid.
Get Canca for free and a free '#tool on the net, and you save about USD900 and have the same effect for your social media presence.

They basically do what they want after you have paid with your money and time.

Please do not spend your money, time or trust here.
Its the worst of worst and only "pumped" up with tons of reviews, mostly from their staff.

I hope you do not have to make the same mistake I made.

Highly unprofessional!

HR was supportive and conducted 3 rounds of interview on a timespan of 2 weeks. BUT the creative lead who was taking the interview was somehow surprised and frightened to see my experience and knowledge way way better than him. Even communication was an issue too. So, he decided to not go ahead with my profile as it was a DANGER to him. I guess India will never change if there are these type of people sitting on the higher management roles. He took 45 minutes of my interview by turning his camera off. It was like I was talking to myself over Microsoft Teams.

I would not recommend anyone to join the Creative Department of this company. Other departments can be good like HR and Development but Creative is too bad as the Head feels jealous of your experience and knowledge. HR supported till the last call but that guy needs to grow up. Some journalism guy sitting on the position of Creative Head can be a major blunder.
