Worst Service center I Have Ever Visited In Varanasi As I Have Visited Service Center At 6.20 And Timing Was Still Open Till 6.30 But They Said That We Can't Give Service To You As It Has Been Closed For Today This Is The Service From Vivo to customer.

I Would Like To Suggest One Think That If Customer Comes Before 6.30 Then All Staff Should Have To Give Service Fir That Customer.

Ambient is excellent.well behaviour of all staff. But service is slow. They did not provide fast service of defected product.taking too much time

Most of days when customers are calling then it's number are not reachable.
Some time customer waiting but service center closed without any confirmation.

I have talked to costumer care Before reaching there when I reached there service center was off at least there should be a proper communication.
