The service is very nice. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Pawan is a good hair dresser. His hair spa service and hair massage is very relaxing and worth taking. Gurmeet Ma'am is very skilled and her hands are magic. The only drawback about VLCC as a whole is, it's a bit expensive. Rest everything is fine when it comes to service.

Pathetic service.maine yaha se apne engagement se pehle facial karaya event k din skin purq rashes se bhar gaya aur vaha ki manager and staff sirf sugar coated baat krte h aur services ghatiya.ek hai staff jo bhaut purani h but unh apni waah wai gane se fursat hi ni thi aur jab services ki baat aai toh 2kaudi ka. Meri skin sensitive h bleach krn ka mana kia tha Paisa bathan k liy zabardasti kr dia facial krte time

Very poor service plz don't go specially for makeup they will ruin you in horrible way if you r taking makeup from Abir he is like ok but not good plz don't go there 1st they will assure you for good makeup and services but seriously in last moment you r going to cry. In my life me and my family members no one is going there for makeup no chance!

Got my Keratin treatment done at VLCC by Mr. Lalit. Excellent treatment for frizzy and damaged hair. The treatment was really great for my hair and my hair feels much smoother now. If you are looking for great service and long lasting results I would 100% recommend going here.

Don't go there.firstly they talk to you sweetly while telling their treatment and everything and when you go there for enquiry or to asking them for returning token money (for taking any service according to your token money), they treat you very badly, their behaviour.especially that healthy lady (firstly she give me service, which is not given properly (She done your under arm waxing in less than 3-4 minutes even) (she is so fast, you should go there and take her service like me), then some money like 20-30 rupees left of mine left after taking service then she comes out and saying to receptionist that-Aree de kar htao, faltu ki bheed)
They're so cheap, don't go there.
If you have money to waste then go there, they talk to you sweetly
