Make up was satisfying with Anjana ma’am Although my hair was not done properly. I wanted big wavy curly hair and they curled my hair with a flat iron. And left them all straight from the back Which Did nothing good to my overall look. Make up was good no doubt.

Thanks for all the services. Your slimming programme is quit awesome but one has to follow the diet. Hydro facial is the best facial, a good experience. They know and understand the skin types. Thanks VLCC and special thanks to Anjana and my strict dietician Divya.

Staff was really nice and wasn't annoyed with me asking questions. Mrs Anjana did my makeup nicely but I prefer my makeup a bit natural, so for me it was not a very nice experience. It was okayish.

Had my service with Anjana mam. Was really satisfied with the work and the quality of service provided. All the staff is very friendly and hospitable.

Altogether it was a nice experience of having services.staff is well behaved.my hait treatment was mostly done by rehan sir. He is a well behaved, polite person.it was very much satisfactory taking services from him.

Worts experience of my life.
I had an appointment for my bridal makeup at vlcc firstly they took approx 6 hrs for the makeup cz they had soo many bookings that they were not even minding their clients making wait for hours that too in between their makeups.
It was totally waste of money the makeup artists don't have exposure to do something new in hairstyles or makeups and the worst part was they don't even care about clients feedback they don't have even knowledge about what kind of kajal they should put so that it looks good.
I had to tell them that my eyebrows are not in shape my kajal is not going with my look and what not.
They put so weird lipstick which was not even going with my look or on my face and they made my colour complexion soo dark.
And the icing on the cake was they asked me to pay for contact lenses and said that bridal makeup doesn't include contact lenses
Even their royal makeup and hd makeup which costs 7k doesn't include false eyelashes or not even hair accessories they asked me to pay 250rs for the hair accessories which was again not worthy when I was getting ready for my reception I choosed the royal makeup which was better than my bridal makeup but again it didn't included the eye lashes neither the hair accessories.
And on the name of nails service they would just get you some limited collection of their nailpaints and that's it nothing extraordinary I had to even ask them to put a diff nail paint on a single nail so that it looks good.
And the dupatta fixer forgot to remove the tag from my dupatta.
And when the next day fir my reception I told them that my makeup was soo bad they just said ok mam but your pictures will be good and today when I saw my pictures I guess pictures are more worse than actuality.
So worst experience that I am regretting my decision to rely on them fir my big day.
Stop looting your customers on the name of tag.
Your services don't even worth the half of the money you guys are charging.
I would never ever recommend vlcc to anyone not for at least their bridal makeup.

Excellent service with Rehan. Mr Rehan is amazing person who will guide you what is right for your hair. He did my hair colour as per the quality and thickness of my hair. He is patient and client friendly! 5 stars for Rehan.

However my keratin treatment came off in 1.5 month.

A very bad experience for my big day, didnt get the right kind of makeup, nor hairdo.my luk was just ok, i wasnt even comfortable in carrying my duppta cause it wasnt even tugged properly, n the whole bunch of team was just standing to shut down the salon n get the money only… they even didnt consider that i wasnt even satisfied with my luk… so i wont recommend this parlour for sure

The Hospitality of the Manager Ms. Nupur with us was very Friendly and understanding. The VLCC, Merris Road branch has left us with no reason to go somewhere else. Cost are rock high as compared to other VLCC centres in nearby cities and VLCC standard lists. Absolutely loot!

Receptionist do not have proper knowledge of products and services.

So i went there for groom makeup and my make up was Done by Anjana ji. She is very experienced, and knws what shes doing. She doesn't take much time and gives her best.

Vlcc is a brand but anajana Ma'am is super brand there. She is soft spoken and generous ️

Not satisfactory u promised to get good makeup.unnecessary u give time for bide for 04 hours but only within 01: 30 hrs.u did makeup.how it is possible.so result very worst makeup u did.so don't promises to anyone.
