Nice workshop for Vw cars, staff is cooperative and friendly along with the technical team is very accurate about the diagnosis of vehicle Bit improvements requirements in time management rest overall experience is nice
Very delayed response, no customer hospitality, no lunch/dinner provided (as per the waiting time one should pack their food for whole day no matter what time you give your car for service, AC never working, Always have to ask for everything, Service takes time more than impossible

The monopoly game is ON, VW strategy 2.0 will go for a toss. Staff us discourteous and has come of age. You keep on following them, they'd hardly act upon. High ti.e when the service center as well as sales should be handed over to new Generation or perhaps success hungry people.
Worst experience by the staff atitude i took the car after driving more than 200km for service because no service station nearby, but here the atidide of staff is so unprofessional as well as they did not drop any per son to nearby for the food and they and after wasting my 50 min they provide the technician to check for the service even after taking the appointment I suggest pl don't come for the service here if you want to waste your lot of time with mahaan staff than take a good experience here
Worst services ever experienced from any customer service or after sales service team, unqualified staffs and hopeless. Bcz of their negligence I was stuck on the highway in the the middle of the night, even though they kept the car (Polo) for 2 days for servicing and test drive.
I am fully satisfied with the service and mainly with a person who have handled and convinced with logical approach. He was very smart and having good knowledge. I love to visit again if any problem comes.
