Pathetic experience of dealing with Wakefit. We had ordered a wardrobe which was supposed to installed by their carpenter within 3 days. It got delayed by 15 days now. Custome care team is just passing the parcel and not responding properly to customer's grievances. Even not explaining the real issue. If you are unable to deliver, atleast, customers deserve to understand the reason behind the same.

WakeFit is a great brand, this store is also great and the sales team here is great. But if delivery guy behaves like a criminal, WakeFit customer service behaves like a fool

Pathetic delivery experience. It has been over 1.5 months and my bed is still not delivered. The other one that got delivered was defective and since then i am just getting future dates and no resolution at all.

My Wakefit Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattresses just become more soft and it was very difficult to move on bed.

When I complained for the same, they're asking it will be entertained only when Mattresses will be squeezed without any press and they have only 100 days return policy.

So after 100 days, no warranty will be claimed because squeeze issue happening only during unbox.

100% drama with the name of warranty.

Wakefit store is very good, special mention to Mr Abhishek, he provides very good service, explained well. Wakefit has the Verity of items, best store in Noida.

Delivery was very good. Delivered before time. Ankit helped in fast delivery.

Bought a Wakefit Auriga King Size Sheesham wood Bed without storage in Jan. I'm very satisfied and content with the quality and durability of the product. It was a great value for money deal to me and Wakefit's delivery and installation team did a great job to get my bed much before the estimated date. No complaints about my bed until date. I came to know about wakefit approximately 3 year back and ordered the first mattress. The experience and customer support is exceptional and last but not the least their products are really great. So great that I have bought more mattresses and other things from wakefit. Highly recommended.

Brand is good but for me I have to replace my bed 2 times becouse they delivered old used mattress one time and last one was good but still had dirty patch on cover so I managed to keep it that it will get washed. Only local service need to be improved. Rest brand is good and provde better sleep experience.

Wakefit is offering good products for affordable price but their delivery is pathetic as well as their experience center executives. They will not tell you that most of their sofas don't fit in service elevators of apartments and in this scenario you are expected to arrange labor from your end to get the product to your door step using stairs as their logistics team is not allowed to use stairs.
Also the delivery timelines are false. If their delivery timeline says that a recliner is in stock and will be delivered within 7 days then be assured it will not be delivered before 45 days as their recliners generally go in manufacturing once you order.

My wife was suffering from back issues and wanted a comfortable hard mattress. Wakefit came to the rescue and my wife's back pain has considerably reduced.

Love the mattress and the mattress protector.
I also love the customer care who told me about how to take care of the mattress to increase its longevity.

Wakefit products are good quality and competitively priced too. We have used their bed sheets, mattress protector and pillows. They have turned out to be good adapter washes too. Will definitely be ordering from them again

All products purchased till date by me are just perfect. Customisation is also excellent, totally matching with expectations
