I have written over 5 messages and emails to Wallmantra for my order no. 83722. You have such poor customer service.

I wanted to replace the white ek onkar mandir with a wooden ek onkar mandir but I don't have clarity about the delivery date till now despite the order being placed on 9th November 2023 whereas this same mandir is available at a much lower price on Nykaa Fashion with a within 3 days delivery time.

I am highly DISAPPOINTED that there is no cancellation option available too here. My mistake was to not do a cash on delivery. I wasted my money here.

Wallmantra products are good but services are horrendous, both delivery & customer care.

WORST EXPERIENCE!

Horrible experience with the website. Placed order on the website and haven't recieved the product yet. And customer service deserves no star AT ALL! WhatsApp service doesn't respond. The phone number is not reachable. There is no option of tracking the order and refund. WORST WEBSITE DO NOT PLACE ORDER.

They don't have customer care. As no one answer on email or WhatsApp. Seems fraud company.

Very bad experience with Wallmantra. Seems Fraud company or a scam.

Please don't fall prey.

Please buy the product from wallmantra only if you are ready to face the full hassle.

1) There is no active response from Customer care.
2) No working phone number to talk with customer care.
3) No response from Customer care even if you send multiple e-mails.
4) No active support from WhatsApp, even if you send hourly message for complaints, for the same issue.

We bought bathroom storage mirror wallmantra- website (3 items), but the material quality was not good.

After receiving one item, I have cancelled the remaining 2 items (same), because of the same reason.

I placed cancellation request immediately after I made the payment for those 2 orders.

It has been more than 50 days, still I am following up with the customer care for the refund.

From WhatsApp chat, if you message in the morning, by evening you will get an automated response -

"It is never our intention to cause any discomfort to our customers. Please be assured that the problem is being handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have got this highlighted to the team. "

I have been recieving the same response for >10 days, but no action taken.

Even if I have returned their product, and received assurance (to get refund within 7-14 days), no initiation of refund.

DO NOT BUY ANY WALLMANTRA PRODUCT- Neither website nor showroom.

My Order number 83135 not received. Already full payment done 15 days earlier. No information. Still not delivered. Fraud company?

Very bad experience ordering with them. Order which would've ideally take 3.4 days from other sites took almost a month. Keep chasing the customer care number but they never give you a definite date.

The painting and mirror wall hanging is very beautiful. I gifted this to my mother on mother's day she was really delighted to see this. The quality is very amazing and looking very beautiful and elegant.

It's been 15 days since I placed the order and there is still no update on it. It's not shipped and there is no option to cancel this also. Every time you call the customer care they will ask 48 hrs and that time never comes

I bought 3seater sofa covers
Quality is very good
Only problem was that the sizes were not the same
There was immediate response to my complaint and the problem was resolved very efficiently and timely

They are a fraud company. They will scam ur money and wont place ur order. You will not get any refunds

I have ordered a chair from wallmanta and i got it in very good condition. I Love to shop from wallmanta coz its reasonable with good quality. And providing good return and exchange facility too

Ordered Meera wall paintings (3 mstching 9 inch dia paintings as seen on our wall in our house) and installed in our living room as shown in the picture. They are really beaitiful and giving elegant look to our living room.

Recently I purchased a wall decoration piece, it is superb, all my guests and family members liked very much, thanks to wallmantra

I had ordered shelves from them. They looked good in the picture but none of my carpenter/ interior guys could fit this. So, I tried to return the item. It's been almost a week, every day I call them and get the same reply that they've arranged the pickup. Still my order is not picked up. My 6000 bucks got wasted. Please think twice before purchasing from them. This company is an absolute fraud. Check their review on Facebook before placing an order. I regret purchasing from them.

Wall mantra has a very good collection of artworks. I chose wall mantra owing to its good reviews and got a perfect artwork for my wall. Because of the variable size they offer i bought one of their paintings with frame and it looked very beautiful. Thank you wall mantra. (the 3d effect is good)

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND JUST INTERESTED IN SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM WALL MANTRA. The clock was delivered in a non working condition. When I called their customer service, they asked me to send a complaint on WhatsApp. It has been 12 days now, and even after multiple calls and WhatsApp messages, no one from Wall Mantra has even bothered to reply to my WhatsApp messages, leave alone picking up the defective clock. Yesterday as well, I spoke to Vikas Choudhary from their customer care team and he assured me that they will pick up the clock today, but still no one came to pick it up. Absolute crooks

Have purchased the Buddha teachings painting recently through online. So happy with the product and service. They have offered some discounts and I received the same. Planning to do the purchases again as they provide N number of selections

Quality of Product may be good, but quality of service is pathetic. I ordered a Shadow lamp, that took more than 7 days, while booking it showed 3-5 working days. It got delivered late that was still acceptable but then it was broken, we complaint and the new order was made, it's been 5 days and it's still under processing status. The call center and whatsapp care is pathetic. Whatsapp does not respond and call center executive give fake commitments and when you call next there is no update on the commitment made previously, the customer is proved to be faking.

In today's world, with this kind of service, no business can survive. The worst part is that they are damaging while they promote Make in India" image.

When you are using your mother country's name, the responsibility of being the best becomes even more critical. As an Indian Citizen you should be concerned about it.

Absolutely poor customer service. I have ordered 2 product since last 20 days. A home decor was delivered which was average quality not worth the price. I have asked for return (since they have. 7 day return policy) and they are trying to give offers for exchange. I cancelled the other produxt (a tanke which was expensive) after seeing this attitude. It has been 10 days now, they haven't sent ot cancelled the order. No one bothers to respond on mail and call center says team will call you. Never buy from them. They are cheats

Pathetic service. I ordered a table for which they were unable to tell for 1 week about its delivery. Later when we called again to ask about that, they told its been already cancelled because delivery was unsuccessful. No intimation or information was given about this. After 5 weeks, the table came and delivery guy started fighting to take the table. I have never seen this kind of worst service. I will never order anything from Wall Mantra and will also ask every friend of mine proactively to not go for WallMantra.

We ordered wall mounted bar shelf from here. The quality is nice. It looks good on the wall. Delivery was timely

I would personally recommend wallmantra for home decor! I have purchased few items from them, the quality of the item was better than my expectations!

The product available in Wallmantra are great, really liked the quality, finish and the overall experience. There are cheaper competitions available but this is best by far overall. Highly recommended. Would be ordering more, Cheers Pratap

I have ordered this Globe Golden Fixture White Wall Light from Wallmantra. The quality of the product is really good and it add value for the money.

I recently purchase a wall clock and found faulty when received. But wallmantra sending so much email to waste the time but not refund my amount. Very poor quality and service. Just like fraud

Value for money, Good print quality, well packed and delivered, website is easy to browseand has multiple choice.

One of the worst experience ever. No quality check done by the team before delivery. No communication regarding delay in delivery. The product delivered after 20 days with one of the worst finishes. Created a replacement order promising that it would be delivered in a week. 12 days later it is still in processing It's been a month since I placed the order and don't have a product. They keep on giving reason that Diwali rush but that doesn't compensate for poor quality.

Really nice product and good quality print. 2 layer good packing, so that the product deliver without any damage. Wonderful tracking system, we can track the delivery of the product from godown to final delivery.
Strongly recommending to buy this product.
