Dream homes 1 bhk flat seems like THEY FORGOT TO PLAN KITCHEN WHILE CONSTRUCTING FLAT. Suddenly they realised Oh! Kitchen to rah gyi let's put 2 slaps in Hall area it will be kitchen.

Very good amount of space for parking, wedding and catering. On the main highway of NH24 Wave City. One of the best wedding places in gaziabad I have visited

Very well maintained society from 1 bhk to 5 bhk, from plot to villa everything is available but on slightly on higher side of price

I can't able to login in wave city resident app even I taken possation from last six months and electricity bill is not generated from last 3 months.
So after sell.maintenance services is very poor or can say. 3rd class service
No one here to listen you.

Living here since 2 yrs. Open space, greenary, park are some perks of this place, security is good too. Building quality lacks, you will have to re do many things like door stoppers, damp (seelan) walls, door handels. Few issues they do cover under maintenance, but have to call them again and again. Public transport is difficult if you want to take it, it's big so you will require to walk for as much as your flat is inside the society to the gate. There were some electric auto provided, but not sure if they are currently running. Grocery can be bought from wave city gallaria, or Aditya world city market (has chaupatis too) is also pretty feasible, also many apps deliver here now. Pretty much great for your peace of mind, just the built quality and maintenance could have been better.

I visited there. I think they ovepriced the Flat also there is connectivty issue. Bufflow are there on the road. They said said only one unit left for Sale and I visited the Flat they asked for the Flat 59 Lakh in Low res.but I think the Flat not worth even 16 Lakh. Also builders are also making there Flats that means you are paying for Appartment socienty and Living in buidler Flats Society. Safety is also think concern there. People are buying there only Investment purpose. Also Build quality I did not find satisfied.

If you are going to there sales office, don't give your prime number to them. They sell it to a team, who add it to an auto ivr calling system. You will get automated calls through an IP call system at least 4 per day. If you block 100 of there numbers they create 100 new.

Security is very poor in sector 2 pinewood enclave. We have purchased flat recently and these units are not closed like others. We are at very high risk. Anyone can barge in directly, security guard is no where to take their entry or enquire about them. You can see in picture attached, he sits very far and doesn't have any idea about how many visiters are visiting. They come directly to our house to enquire about flats. Guard is not even bothered.

I am having a house in Greenwood Enclave and we have issue of Wall Damping in both rooms. Having issue in kitchen sink tap. We have called their service staff many times. They do not even care about fixing it and they are charging 4000Rs per month as maintenance. Tap is leaking and wasting water. Walls are filled with water. Be cautious before buying flats here. There service is worst they charge so high but do not provide service. Sometime I think I should have already sold my flat. Poor Service.

I am living in sector 2 wave city. Everything is ok but most bad thing of this society they are not providing cover parking for vehicles. All other societies are provided this.all vehicles discolored within one year.so plz provide the roof/shade parking for vehicles.

I request you all people who are looking for property and wants to stress free life please don't buy any property (Flat, floor, villa, plots) Wave City NH-24. Your life will be miserable. They are very unprofessional and we are mentally stressed due to wave city and we are suffering huge financial losses and valuable time. We have booked floor in 2012 still i did not get and even flat is ready.something is fishy and wave is hiding something. They are totally lier. Please be careful. I am sure many people are suffering the same thing which i am facing off.

Excellent location
Inside the township all facilities provided are excellent.
Wide road network. Easily connected to NH24 AND Eastern peripheral expressway. Beautiful area to living.

Bookings done in Dec 2021 in Dreams Homes - 2BHK still no registry is done. All payments are completed ontime from my side but still I have to wait for 30-45 days or maybe more I don't know.

There employee are careless person, no responsibility at all. Over builder agreement instead of 2BHK they sent documents for 1BHK. Yes this is true once correction done they sent documents to other location. After all this mistake they are still in same pace. There all employees are having one thing in common - NO RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER CALLS, TEXT AND EMAILS.

I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND THIS WAS NOT EXPECTED FROM BIG NAMES - BIG BUILDERS LIKE WAVE.

Very good roads and infrastructure is developed in the city, Luxurious flats like Veridia are are in developing stage and pace of work is very high.

The flat and location is good but the service is just pathetic. Even after complaining 100 times they just don't provide the solution. They take maintenance charges for 2 years in advance and the charges are too high. Even after that service is worst. We have complaint of carpenter for last 6 months but the issue is still same. Haven't seen this pathetic service in any society. Some things were defected while taking possession and even they don't repair these things.extremely disappointed.

A Special thanks to Mr. Ambuj Srivastava from wave city for his cooperation. I found my Place to stay. Given me right advice and suitable option I visited for floors, but he suggested me wave executive which is much better. Thanks buddy.

Well maintained society with good future of investments.

Extremely delayed. Launched almost 7-6 years back, always. I am very disappointed with this project, they are always give the time but still that’s not complete.
They marketing team is unprofessional no body response after selling, not pic the phone there is also loan facility is very poor very high rate of interest, I pay last 3 year just give the interest principal amount is 0 %.
I never recommended with this project. Please don’t waste your money and time.

Builder take advance at the time of hold inventory / Flat and when i asked for refund my amount they have not return my refund amount.and given lot of excuses for not refund the amount.

Atmosphere is fine for family and couple also. Good service and I like the butter popcorn alot.

This is my new address, Very nice and beautiful address in NCR, very low people density, High Security with other staff also good.
To much green area with newly developed park with street green belt really awesome place to live a lavish life, there is many projects to choose according to budget with all other facilities.

4500 acres of land a big attraction for those who want to get their money invested in real-estate. Also a very affordable place to buy land, plots for living

Despite of all the issues that we residents face, I'm more than sure that WAVE CITY, NH-24, GHAZIABAD is going to be one of the most sought-after places to live at in with in next 5 years.

It's green and serene, away from the hustle-bustle of the city.

Wave city is very open place, not liveable for those who want to shop daily or require items urgently. No health care facility in wave city, you have to cross highway for emergencies. Not sure if this place will ever be crowded

Realy good project but their reputation is being ruined by their Staff, they are good at marketing but will forget you once you made payment and you have to follow them for months to get your property transferred to your name. Pathetic, please be careful while going into any agreement.

I have booked my wave floor in sector 7 many years back means more than 8 years. I did not get possession yet. I am paying EMI for the same. Very unprofessional people are working there. I am so disappointed due to this. I am loosing my money due to that.sales people do not have any idea about possession and responsible people are out of reach. We also don't know who are responsible people. I am totally frustrated. Don't know what to do. Thanks

One of the best place to live in Delhi NCR. Reason being, you won't find these kind of G+2 villas with wide open space on all sides. Moreover these houses are not in a small society, rather a part of huge huge city, where ample green space and huge personal park for every pocket. In other societies, the builder builds around 8 to 10 towers in the same space. A must choice for everyone.

Undevrloped area.only plots are there at most of the places.flats are very few.mall will comeup in future but as on date they are not providing any timelines

It appears like a hopeless company. For the last many years I have been waiting for the possession of a plot in sector 4 but nobody from the company wants to talk in this regard. No proper reply of the E-mails.

Bahut hi badhiya jagah hai. Actually pocket friendly but bit far from city life. If u get used to the peace and quiet then this township might be a good option. Don't expect to get a lot of returns after few years though bcoz it's far from city.

A fully self sustainable township on thousands of acres of land being developed on 14 lane Delhi Meerut expressway. It has a variety of housing and commercial options.

FRAUD ALERT!
Don't buy these flats. Poorly designed and bad build. After first installment, poorest service ever. They would sign contract with something else and then will not deliver it.
You can follow up multiple time but they would not really help you.

I think the whole scheme is to defraud simple people who have no way to fight the corporate giant.

Visited 3 BHK at cost 58 lakh very spacoius layout except one thing is distance factor form this location to Gurgaon. Distance is 59.1 km from wave coty Ghaziabad to Guragon Ambience Mall.
