Good organisation. Effect 1st September 2018 it has been Wipro HR Services India Private Limited own by Wipro Ltd as wipro acquired Alight solutions india (Alight HR Services India Private Limited) businesses.

It's no longer Alight as the India business got acquired by Wipro. But anyways it's a good company to work with. I personally prefer the noida office as compared to Gurgaon.

Now it is given to Wipro so never expect anything good. Wipro policies are bad, no cab phone are not allowed under office.

Works on least popular domain and uses least popular softwares. Increament is less though it offers good salary in the beginning and provides job security.

Great infrastructure, management and transport facility but now the major part of it is shared with Wipro which guidelines and policies are not at all good.
Work time- 9: 30hr Wipro though in alight it's 8 hr. No good transport facility, and lesser raise in Wipro. So make sure what you sign up for as the major holding now in the hands of wipro.

This is situated in Sec 48 Subhas chowk. This is in SEZ location.

You must have your own conveyance to reach this place easily.

It was a nice company, ruined by an upstart management, cost cutting and promoting their relatives instead of real scorers and talent. After about two years of experience, all I saw was the company trying to cut corners by even cancelling your Diwali gifts etc. Taking away cab facilities from half the employees. All with silliest excuses.
It is a manager dictated culture where you can't even get anything from a stationary pencil to a deserved leave unless the manager approves formally. Which they won't!
About the work culture, managers and team leads yell at you on the floor and in meetings. They even threaten you like goons.
The company has been partially sold two times now but the management remains the same, cheap as always and openly breaching their own policies.
No wonder every one around with a fractional sense of quality and talent from top management to the team leads, all quit in big numbers.
Even all over the industry, they're addressed as a cheap organisation, by HRs and recruiters, basically because of their management, that refuses to improve.
Lastly, if you're working there, try switching to other companies around, you'll not only get a good hike but a better brand name too. That's what they're loosing all their employees to!

It is great company but only problem with this company is that you can't enhanced your skill. I have worked for them more that 2year.

I am there for interview but after waiting for 2 hours reception told us that manager was on off today. So you can leave for the day.

It’s been a good working with alight and soon be Wipro. Good place to work, nice campus, good facilities. And awesome colleagues to work with.
