Very poor experience, my dog always gets sick after getting home from the daycare and i have observed this multiple times

Overall it’s a good dog boarding, they have open lawn for big dogs and inside area for small dogs. We left our pet first time for couple of hours and he was very happy when we returned to pick him. Second time we left him overnight to make him prepared mentally for longer stays, when we went to pick him he was very happy to see us and at the same time was little confused, probably he was trying to understand what is happening:) Overall it’s a good dog boarding place

Would have zero star of I could, they took full advance and when I saw how ther were treating the dogs in the camera i decided to take my dog back the next day and worst part is they didn't let me take my dog back before 7am even the owner is of no help. This place should be shut it's just a money making scheme no love for dogs, my dog came back dehydrated and traumatized

Thank you very much XOXOtails for such a splendid care of our dearest pooch. When at a point of time we came to know that due to any reason our dearest family member can't accompany us then there we needed XOXOtails to be with our pet and take care of him as equal as he gets at his home.
We could leave our Beagle tension free while going on vacation as we knew that we had opted for the best boarding for him. They cater to the needs of each and every pet individually, such as specific diets, medicines as well as grooming. There is no security breech at any point, so many boys are there around 24×7. Above all they give us camera access to see him on our mobile at any place globally, which is the most important feature for us.

One of my friend recommended me about them although i was bit confused wether i should drop my dog at there place or not but there services and 24x7 camera access made me confident about them and saw my pet enjoying with other dogs so it was a lovely experience for him as well for us.

Not the place to leave your dogs if you love them. Very careless and heartless. Too expensive. They are a bunch of liars.

Got my pet's grooming done the other day and I must say, it was an amazing experience. Keep up the good work guys!

I regularly get my dogs groomed at xoxo tails and often buy their pet supplies from here. The place is great and the staff is polite and accomodating. Mr Jitendra does a fabulous job at grooming. He handles both my dogs with excellent care.

I am really disappointed on the service. And I am disappointed in myself that I took my cat here without a proper research. I took my cat for a grooming and when they brought her, she had deep cuts on all four legs. Very very disappointing and sad. Maybe the grooming of dogs is good but cat, I highly recommend that if you have a cat avoid this place.

Our loved one (PET) is NO MORE. They are not genuine. They told us that we will give you 24 *7 cctv camera facility. But most of the time our pet not visible to us. They only give 4 camera access and there staff not care of our pet. Our healthy pet give to them and in just 3 days when they give our pet he was unconscious and 107 degree temprature and now our pet is NO MORE. I have do written complaint against them in Police Station and we will do whatever as possible as against them. Please don't send your pet to them. They are not genuine.
I will give Minus star to them. I believe lot of them. But they give fake commitments. We are in deeply heart. Please please don't send your love one (pet) here. Please

My Bruno stayed there for 9 days and I must tell you the staff and people there are so good and caring. They gave us access to the live cams to see Bruno’s daily activity.
They took care of his medication timely.
Overall it was a great experience and you must be care free if your cuttiee will be with them!

My beloved pet Pablo is no more with us. I am sharing my experience here in front of everybody. My beloved pet Pablo who was a pug and was about to turn 2 next month has passed away. My dog stayed in their 'Vacation Boarding' for 3 days. They promised to give 24*7 camera access and once they did, only gave us 4 cameras out of many they have. In those cameras i could barely see my dog once or twice for several minutes. I could not see where my dog was eating as they have not provided me with the camera for that particular room. I would recommend all of you who own a pet and consider he/she as your own blood PLEASE never trust them. We have lost one life and would advise everybody to stay away from them. I have given a written complaint to the police.

Staff is courteous and has good knowledge. The facility is also well maintained. Easily accessible and well connected via metro.

What should I say about these guys, got best behaviour threapist from them for my bully Bruno who becomes so aggresive but these guys managed to sort that out with an reasonable time period & with most empathetic apparoach, moreover this is an one stop solution for all your needs, hugely recommend Xoxotails for all your pet related need️

We recently used XOXOtails dayboarding services for our 2 year old beagle - Coco. We have used 2-3 dayboardings in past but finally our search ends with XOXOtails. They have two big play areas, clean stay areas, customized food service and much more. The best part is that they provide live feed to their cameras. This helps to see your loved one anytime and see what they are doing 24x7. They have good team strength to take care of your pets. Team is available even at night and they stay in the boarding itself. I was surprised to see Coco sleeping in one of the team member's cot at night which reflected that Coco was relaxed and confident with them.

Left my fur baby Dyno at XOXO tails boarding two times as trial, as I intend to travel for 15 days so was really unsure where to leave him as Dyno has anxiety issues, he surprised me and took well to the place all due credit goes to the efforts by the team. They have amazing facility, because of no leash policy, the pets feel comfortable, there are two big grounds where the pets can roam/run around freely.

Best part is that they share access to live feed so that the pet parents can be assured that their fur friend is good. They also go out of their way and provide videos and photos of your pet time to time.

From a Spoilt Brat Cookie to Snow Ball Cookie, the transformation was really nice!

It was a nice experience since we didn't have to step out of our house. Everything was done at the comfort of our home. Leaving house and travelling is also difficult for cats (if they have lived completely indoor since they were kitten) so all in all, wonderful experience and costing was also at par with market rates. Not so high, not so cheap either. Two additional feedback I'd like to share. One is that the staff was not very professional on handling cats like they didn't know what cat likes or what they don't. Also, while trimming joint areas like legs, they didn't do it smoothly and my cats were little hurt with the trimming process on joint parts. Even though I told them to be careful, still they weren't able to do it. Second thing, they didn't do paw massage, sanitary area cleaning and mist applying which they were supposed to do as per the package. Though I wont reduce star rating because of that. Cheers!

My pet has found his another home at XOXO tails. My dog stayed with them for 15 days. I am impressed with the professional services that is offered here. The staff understands your concern towards your 'child with a tail' and are approachable. The CCTV facility provided to you gives relief when you are away from your pet, and can see him at any time of the day. Special thanks to Mr. Ashish for always being available, for his patience and understanding the love and concern pet parents have. Tiger needed medical attention during his stay and he was given best of medical facility. They provide meals on time and go way ahead by giving whatever is the diet of your pet.

My boy has returned home, happy, healthy and very clean (thanks to their grooming services). Now I am assured that whenever I will need to send tiger to XOXO tails, I can relax as he will be at his other home.

Got an haircut for my golden retriever. Guys were very professional and patient with my dog. Their customer service team (Mr. Ashish) was also professional and thoroughly guided me. Will go with their services again in future.

We kept our dog there for 2 days in March. After we collected him back, our dog was horrified for 2 days. He wasn't on his own behaviour. The worst part was that when he returned he had a lost tooth, had severe loose motion and lost his appetite.

Very friendly staff. My experience was very good. And next time we leave home for few days, we'll put Simba here only.

I got reference from one of my friends about XOXOtails. I left my kid Kobe for 7 days as I had to travel. They took personal care of him every day and sent me videos. The staff is really nice and friendly. I wish they open a branch in Gurgaon too (I have tried many day boardings in Gurgaon but never liked any of them). Definitely recommend them. I left my Brody GSD for 6 days. Loved the way, they look after the dogs. Best place for dogs while going to journey.treat our dogs very well.shelters are very big so dogs move easily in it.proper diet, Handling & care makes it best in city. I will continue to expose your hollow claims as you have chosen to bully us rather than helping a reasonable and genuine customer. You were well aware of our circumstances when you decided to pick up Ceasar. We were home sealed by the administration and the vaccination card was in our car which was driven by my Mom post detecting Covid Positive. This information was duly provided to you guys before the pick-up. We even shared contact details of our Vet for you to verify his vaccination records. You never disclosed that Caesar will be caged in a box till we saw the CCTV footage. Let the communication reveal the truth.

You guys not only backed out of your service promises but also on assurances to refund. Pity the way you fleece your customers and specially the ones in emergency situation. I would have given up on the refund but now I will take it up appropriately for the sake of ethics that businesses must follow. I'm sure there are platforms protecting customer rights in this country.

unfortunately we had to send our dog to xoxotails because we had a COVID patient at home and could not arrange for a dog-walker. After reading the fantastic reviews and due to the high degree of reliability, we were sure that our pooch would get the right kind of treatment. However, because of the emergency, we couldn't provide these guys with his vaccination card and our dog was kept in a small box like cage for the whole night and the following day. They took him out for small walks but I genuinely saw him in that space, barking and miserable while the other dogs were outside playing. He wasn't the only one in that enclosure, there were 2 more dogs and all of them were kept the same way. How can you handle any living creature this way? And you should've informed us about the same if this was how the situation was going to be handled. We had already filled the agreement without the vaccination card before he was sent. Wasn't it your responsibility to inform us that he would be kept like this before you guys accepted to take him in?

It's wonderful experience taking our pet for bathing and grooming. Facility is quite spread out in approximately 900 sq.mt area with quite big lawns for pets playing. Pet Store is fully equipped with varied varieties. Boarding facility is quite impressive. Above all, pets are well taken care by the trained staff, specifically under Himanshu supervision who is quite passionate about his venture.

Great nominal prices and top quality services. Plus point is the store and variety of dog products they possess. One short stop for every need.

My dog is 5 years old. Initially, I was worried, how my baby will gonna live without us, but when I visited xoxotails to meet him after a few days, I felt my baby dog has adapted to that environment very quickly. All thanks to the xoxotails team for taking good care of him.

Had a wonderful experience! Keeping my cocker spaniel with them, they took care about all the instructions and my pampered cocker was happy when she got back home!

November 2020 - I contacted them for my Indian pet, Gunnu.
December 2020 - I bought their annual membership and wrote an awesome review for them.
And today on 15th Aug, I am deciding to get rid of them, leaving the benefits of my one year membership. Because I want my pet not to be exposed to their dogs in a closed space - all lose and unattended. This seems to be a common practice there, it's just I noticed it last night on the CCTV.

They will be great with you till the time you keep praising them. But the moment you confront them like I did today, your honeymoon with them comes to an end.
They'd never accept that anything could be wrong with their services, and if you insist on giving bad reviews, they'll threaten you with defamation case. Their exact words - "we'll take you to court and you'll be subjected to a penalty which you can't afford"

So either you find another space for your pet, and if you don't have an option, take their services but keep a close watch. Your pet won't be able to tell you what happened with her.

I took my five month old puppy for the first time there. The staff was very good and friendly. Firstly they bonded with my puppy and then started their grooming. The grooming was done very well even the medicated bath. Will definitely take my puppy there from now onn.

It's the best dog boarding solution for our family. With one of our friends reference visited there. The Ambience and the way they communicated were satisfied us. So decided to put our fur baby (husky) not friendly with other dogs, for a week for the first time, because of our unavoidable situation. While dropping we met Mr. Ashish, (care taker) who is incharge of every thing there. Took good care with trained people. Mr. Ashish used to send video every day and provided us the webcam facility also. After a week he came back happily, neat and tidy. It's truly a home away from home for our fur baby. Very much satisfied and we highly recommend XOXOTAILS.

I love leaving my pet here. You get CCTV access and Manish is really professional and meets the standards of any good international kennel. You have to pay a premium but I feel it's worth it and I know my dog will be taken care of.

Its a true review not paid. I would suggest parents to visit without informing a sudden visit and these people will not allow you. I saw dogs staying outside in open area sleeping in hot area, care taker holding big wooden sticks to threatened the dogs. Believe me visit without informing and they will not let you in and check the way pets are kept.they will say you can see in camera you cannot check hygiene standards in camera. I will not leave my child with them for sure and reviews are fake or paid. Fake reviews hardly cost 50 rs a review.

It was our first time dropping Layla off at Xoxotails and I must say, that the staff truly met our expectations.
Leaving your pet for the first time anywhere can be very stressful and it WAS for us too, but Ashish and Nitesh made the experience as smooth as possible for us.
We shared our feedback with them which was well received and made us feel more confident about leaving our pet under their care.
Having access to cctv camera was a huge relief too.

We were delighted to find out that they followed all of Layla's meals and medication related instructions also. That was something we were really concerned about but Ashish really came through and made sure she was taken care of.

One thing we loved about Xoxotails was that they keep the place super clean and even give pets proper clean up during pickup, which is a huge plus.

I was so nervous to send my baby to a boarding but Manish did every possible thing from feeding him till sharing the CCTV access to make me comfortable with Marshall's stay. It was a nice experience. Their door to door service is best.

I left my dog at Xoxotails for three days. I am very much satisfied with the facilities they have given. Having the cctv access was so much relaxing to watch him anytime what is he doing. The boarding team and the care takers are really good. It was a real a relief to me leaving him with them. They actually take good care of dogs. They have spacious ground for the dogs to play and walk around as well. It is a well maintained place. I would really recommend Xoxotails.

The first time I visited the place was very skeptical about the boarding. The people there were quite professional to list out few names i remember is Manish and Himanshu. In the end thanks for the care the took and specially himanshu whom I called up during odd hours to keep a tap on my pet.

I left my dogs for 2 nights and they took really good care of them. One being 1 year old golden retriever and other is 11 years old handicapped Indie. The Indie needed special care as both his legs are injured and is also not very friendly. They ensured to give Indie too the required attention and kept the retriever with other friendly dogs where he could play. Thank you XOXOtails.

Guys this is a genuine feedback those who believe it will be able to save their pets else I would say sorry for your loss. These guys are definitely cheaters I left my pet hector for 15 days they provided CCTV to me which was fine and then I saw during night they are left in open area they pee do potty and they sleep there, my dog got Sick, I spent another 15k to save him, money is secondary the pain he and me went through are just our feelings, please please please avoid this boarding if you want your pet to be seen alive

A very professional and friendly service. It is hard to find this combination but they have it. Everyone on the staff is amazing. I approached them for grooming of my 4mo old Golden retriever and they did an amazing job. They have everything, from medicines to toys and accessories. Dog boarding facility also available. Highly recommended

I am thankful to staff, iwas afraid to where to leave my pet when i was planning trip to goa, but after dropping my pet there and being in contact with the staff via whatsapp videos and calls, my tension was resolved, i came back home and my pet was healthy, and not weak as it often becomes when i leave from my place, highly thank and wishes

This place is amazing for pet lovers, you can see your pets on cctv camera anytime and this is the most relaxing feature. They have so many caretakers and all of them are super friendly and polite to pets. They are very particular about food and walks. They have big play areas. The best part was my pet came back home healthy and happy!

A perfect crutch for your dog. Even thought you hate to leave your dog behind, it's a good place to keep them here.good place and huge place for dogs to roam! They also have cameras so you can take a look at them while away.

Fantastic place where they take excellent care of your dog. We have a 3 year old Labrador who was a little less social with other dogs, but after leaving him at XOXO tails for only 4 days, we could see the positive difference. We watched him regularly through the CCTV surveillance and saw him mingle with other dogs, thanks to the efforts of the excellent caretakers there. We live about 45 kms away from XOXO and had availed pet taxi services from them which was wonderfully executed. Nitish, Manish and Ashish and the caretaker Ravi were of big help and were available on phone at every odd even hours and solved all our concerns regarding our pet very efficiently. I’m very happy to have discovered XOXO tails and now I know that I can enjoy my holidays with guarantee that my pet would be in good hands at XOXO tails!

Manish and his team are doing an amazing job. They deal with pet parents with such patience. Am so happy with them. So we left our fur baby for 2 days for trial with them as he never stayed with other pets. Initially Blu resisted but the team didn’t give up on him and on 2nd day, he was happily playing with other pets in the garden. It was such a delight to see him with other pets and jumping all over the place. We have a vacation planned in November and were little skeptical about leaving our fur baby in such a facility with other pets but now with XOXO tails, I am quite sure that he is going to have an amazing time. It was a delightful experience to house my pets with XOXO Tails. The service has been very professional and my pets were very well taken care of. XOXOtails is an amazing place to keep your dogs for boarding and I have never felt more satisfied with their services. XOXO tails is a beautiful boarding for the dogs. My furry babies stayed there for 4 nights. They had a wonderful time at xoxo.
