If there had an option of negative feedback. Admitted for pregnancy complications as told by doctors it had complications which were not seen in TVS and cramping was projected as acute pain as if miscarriage has occurred.
1. No Doctor came for a visit at the hospital to attend the patient and discuss her health.
2. No proper counseling discussion even before giving methotrexate. *The report for TVS was shown to us after the injection of methotrexate given. *
3. No one even came to explain the discharge summary.
4. The discharge summary shared also has many flaws and shows the incompetence of the person who made it: Example of flaws: *like mention of ectopic pregnancy TVS showed it to be normal pregnancy. *
*Not mentioning drug given to patient in discharge summary. *
*For follow up shall be made tomorrow or after 7 days. *
5. After going through the radiologist report *There are still queries related to the issue which was there in this pregnancy and could we have waited for some more time before giving Methotrexate is still unanswered. *
6. *Because the discharge summary was made by any incompetent doctor who mentioned ectopic pregnancy a letter head was required which was being unnecessarily delayed to share. *
7. Each time either the patient or attendant had to go and request for documents to be shared. *Senior Resident and Duty doctor or staff never shared the complete file with TPA for discharge reports. *
In fact not even the reports for ultra sound or blood tests were shared and unnecessary delay was made in discharge.
*It seems this was the first time documentation of a pregnancy case being done at Yatharth. The discharge was finally given at 7: 30pm which was scheduled to be at morning 10am. *
*Worst experience as a patient. It felt like a jail not a hospital. *
I was here for my friend. I truly liked the way 10th floor staffattending patients and their knowns. Since from the beginning of billing to the analysis and at last getting reports. With the same energy and smile, helping people along. Hospitals need these kind of people, who welcome and assist patients with positivity.
Got my concerns and problems rectified. The process was smooth and the doctor attending me was very caring. The admin and nursing staff also came up to me constantly to ensure there was no discomfort during my admission and stay. Overall I didn't not encounter much problems.
Had a great experience at Yatharth Hospital. The front office staff and management is very helping. The doctors are well experienced. Thank you for making my journey smooth.
Guys, honest review to all expecting parents. Don't consider this hospital for delivery purpose, not at all recommended. They will show you all rosy picture of delivery experience but in the end, you will end up with agony, apathy of Hospital staff right from security to support staff everyone, worse than government hospital.
