I have signed up for 3 months program (they have many options) at the Yog kulam yoga classes and it has been a very satisfying experience. I am enjoying the 1hr long yoga + meditation 6days a week and our teacher Vikas sir makes it extremely interesting and satisfying. Classes are so fun an full of spiritual and other knowledge I appreciate the way he takes the whole class along and gently motivates each one of us to extend our boundaries!
I would definitely recommend Yog Kulam to anyone interested in taking up yoga. I like the flexibility which is offered in terms of days and timings and also the punctuality and regularity.

YOGKULAM YOGA AND WELLNESS CENTRE IS A BLESSING FOR ME AND THE LOVING TEACHERS ARE NOT JUST GURUS. THEY ARE THE ‘COOLEST’ GURUS EVER.
