I have joined yoga teacher training course in Young skilled India and have learned a lot about yoga and trained as a yoga instructor. Thanks Niraj sir and Kavita mam for conducting such good course in Young skill India. The syllabus for this course is nicely structured and that covers everything that are needed to become a yoga instructor. Kavita mam is very knowledgeable and she trained and motivated us nicely. And the fees for this course is also affordable comparing to market price. Now, I have gained confidence to teach yoga for others in this 6 months training. If you are interested in becoming yoga instructors and to have a good understanding of yoga, I strongly recommend joining this course to become a well-trained yoga instructor.

I attended YSI's yoga teacher training course conducted by Kavitha ma'am. Kavitha mam is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced and it is a wonderful experience to get trained by her. I have joined the YSI classes so I can say that Young Skilled India is a unique plateform to develop the professional and management skill. This is the place where l learnt skills like presentation skill, professional skill & communication skill. This is improve your confidence. Three months ago, I was not speaking in public place and I have lacked confidence and skills. This is Varshita Gupta from Shri Agrasen Kanya PG College, pursuing a graduation degree. Three months ago, I attended a workshop conducted by YSI at my college. I was so impressed that I immediately enrolled in the course, and since then, I have only grown in my life. August 16,2023, was my last day at YSI. This course is practical and informative. Intensive, but well paced. Many things to think about from a new perspective. All topics were relevant to the ‘real world’ and a lot more. Presentation is important and have always been something that we have been ‘told to do’ rather than wanted to do because of hesitation of afraidness. After this course I actually feel like I would like to do a presentation! ”

Young skill India is basically a platform where we are getting many chances to speak on about many topics in order to increase our confidence level which we generally looses when we come on stage. This platform is very helpful for me in tackling with the problems of fear, misunderstanding, confusion, dilemma and lot more.
Further classes taught me about my worth to which i was unawared till now.
The most best thing about this class is the things are taught without using a single pen or paper, only the presence of mind is used here.
