I have been ordering Rudraksh from this dealer for quite some time now (around 4-5 months), and I must say that the quality of the items that I ordered were very good. Authentic and genuine to one's satisfaction. I have just one problem wrt one particular I had made somewhere around 18-Oct-2021: Order No: HRAK/21-22/39985 (Divy 5 Mukhi Black Rudraksh Mala). I have just realized that 1-2 beads out of the 108 are 4 mukhi. IT IS NOT A 5 MUKHI RUDRAKSH MALA AS PER YOUR WEBSITE! But then again the quality and authenticity of this product is superb. I hope in future when I order this same product again, I would like all the 108 beads to be of 5 Mukhi (As clearly mentioned in the Website).

I have purchased a silver Panch Mukhi Nepali Rudrakha mala from this seller online. The certificate tells only that the Rudrakhsa is wooden material. The certificate is from their own firm and never mentions that it is nepalese as claimed in the shop. Within a few days green copper patina appeared all over the mala and copper could be seen as the thin white coating made to make it appear as silver is gone. A totally fraudulent seller who sells copper plated malas as silver mala!

The staff is kind and polite. Any inquiry is answered quickly. The chaur itself is a masterpiece. It's genuine yak hair.
