Staff Behaviour is Good. Price of jwellery is too much higher than the current rate of Gold/Silver. They are charging double cost in the name of Making/Labour charge.

No quality checks for the items sold. One of the Payal was missing a ghunroo and they refuse to return it after 1 week, as we didn’t use the item earlier. The repair done by the employees is the worst. They dont even apologise for their mistakes and just inform you that it’s an mistake and come again next time to get this fixed.

One of the pathetic jeweler in dehradun. They cheat their customers.we bought a diamond ring few years back @ Rs 50,000 and now they are buying same ring from us at Rs. 11,800.

Purchased jwellery 3days back from Kamal Jwellers Rajpur Road Dehradun store. One of their employees made a calculation error and calculated less amount. After some time that employee told us that we made an error and you have to pay some more amount i was fine with that as it was human error. When we made the payment they told us that we charged you Rs. 9000 more and now you take the store credit, I refused to take the store credit and asked for refund. They said since you made the payment with card so we will refund it in your account only and will not pay it in cash. Today is the 4th day and I still have not got the money back. I have called multiple times for the same issue. Will not recommended this shop to any one for sure. For their own mistake why should I suffer.

Every piece of jewelry I own, I have bought it from Kamal Jewelers. Quality is good and one of the oldest shop of Dehradun.

I liked them. Have been to them twice and on both occasions my experience was good. They got tons of designes to choose from. Unlike tnashiq, where I went a year back, had literally no designed.
Overall experience was good.

They are charging very high making charges. They have charged 18 % maiking charges on simple mangal sutra.
As per the current market rates it is too much.

They are running chor business. If you don't believe me then get the purity checkup done for any non hallmarked (old jewellery) purchased from them.you will be surprised to find that they have sold you 18.5ct gold in the rate of 22ct. You always have the option to get purity checked from Tanishq or Reliance Jewellers free of cost. They sell awful designs of jewellery at high prices.bloody pathetic people. Die in Hell!

Worst experience, bought a chain which broke in a month even i wore occasionally. When visit to replace or repair they r not responding well and saying that they r not giving any warranty. Better to buy jewellery from local known jewellers or if want to purchase from brand go to tanisq, PC or punjab.
