Dear Owner/Responsible person of Restrurant,

Please respect to your customer, I was visited at your resturant and your senior management are so arrogant they are thinking the customer is fool they are fighting with customer even nor apologise him for the mistake, Totally unprofessional experience.
Suggested to all being human please think twice if you came at this restaurant with your family.because they say that if you come to our restaurant you will listen to us.
Kapila's resturant rules for the customer are dictatorial.

I was so scared after going there that he might do some harm to our family. We are still in shock,

One of the worst restaurant which I have unluckily entered in my lifetime. These people are great cheaters. Quantity was totally insufficient and rates were very high in comparison to quantity. Roti were stale and rotten.

Staff was very decent and cooperative. Manager was very rude and was not ready to listen anything and shouting for request.

Enjoy a great meal with your family and friends in amazing atmosphere and with the beautiful staff. Costly for some people.

Some sweets are highly priced. Taste of sweets is above average. Variety of sweets its limited. Only go when there is no other option.

Once was a great shop with attentive staff but now becomes ऊंचा नाम फीका पकवान with arrogant staff who sells stale sweets. Bought sweets on the occasion of rakshabandhan and the sweets they sold me had utterly disgusting taste.

Great place for sweets, fresh and hygienic food.
Not an ideal option if you want to enjoy your food peacefully.

Worst experience of life. Such poor management and zero skills to deal with a customer.no parking area. Was called inbetween of the dinner to shift the position of car. Again, Was informing manager about a chocolate got for kid just to add it in bill for all this his (manager's) behaviour was too weird, inappropriate and inhospitable.
Won't be visiting this place again with my kid.

In love with the restaurant's new look. Awesome food. Prefer Kapilaz' pizza over Dominos.

I took Bengali sweets from this shop and they were just awesome, very fresh.

I am happy that their food are still taste good, but sorry as they add pizza that are worst, I hardly ever bite it and their cheese on pizza is more worse, other than all things are good.specially samosa and dosa is perfect.

I ordered masala dosa and dhokla. Dosa was good though I didn't like the chutney and Sambhar. Dhokla was good.

The snacks and food are delicious no adultery in the making of sweets and other products. Food is marginally expensive but you will get great quality.

For all mithai lovers this is a good place to visit and try their delicacies. This is a pure veg restaurant as well. We have tried their curries and trust me it is very good. One must try kadai, kali mirch and paner butter masala. I think they have a great cook.

Nice place to have a dinner with family and spend some quality time. Food quality is good and place is hygienic. You can have almost everything like from samosa to dhosa, choclate to spicy noodles, hot tea to chilled ice cream every thing is available. My favourite part is sweet over here, specially the rasmalai. If you are foodie and searching for food them must visit here.

But they seriously need to learn how to take care of in house customers bcos they are so busy fulfilling online orders that customers wait too long for small orders.

They sprinkle too much spice and they just do their best to do injustice to dosa.

They have added Dhokla to South Indian menu, that needs to be corrected.

Kapilaz has improved a lot in recent year. The sweet and snacks available have very good quality and taste.

An excellent Restaurant cum Sweets. Elders, youngers, kids all can be benefitted here. I strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Their chena toast is one of the best sweet in the sweet shop.rest all are also the best with reasonable prices near pilikothi chauraha.very easily assesible near by roadside

I had brought bengali sweets for my parents and having tart taste even in winters.
Also Poor customer service for Snacks which are not as good as it was earlier.

It's a sweet shop it was in Haldwani since I was 3 years of age basically 2012 or of earlier I didn't know. It server's sweets of excellent quality and is also a restaurant with fabulous dishes.

Have a bitter sweet experience here. While I have purchased sweets, samosas, had chaats over there, I feel that masala in Samosa or s not always fresh here

Great quality sweets shop with Chat corner. Seating Capacity is also good. You can enjoy variety of snacks here. Kapilaaz is known for great quality of sweets. You can visit for sweets shopping and chat corner is must try. I have tasted Samosa Chaat, Aaloo Tikki and Gol gappe. I wanted to give 4 stars but once I tried Ras malai and the quality and taste was not that great. I have tasted gulabjamun, Chena toast and Motichoor laddo, all were amazing.

Top quality samosas and other sweets. It would be great if they had their own home delivery system as zomato charges way too much.

We tried ghewar from this restaurant, it was good, can try this place as it's not too expensive

A fomous sweet shop and restaurant in haldwani, very neat and clean with lots of sweet's varieties, fresh and tasty, I liked samosas the most, must visit once, situated at kaladhungi road

Service is very slow and using plastic plates and bowls these items are not good for human health.

Khana toh aacha tha. Pr ye log pani ka charge bhi lete h. 20 rupee ye toh free hona chahiye tha na.

It's good but staff there really need more professionalism. They are like we don't need to put much effort it's already a famous place.

The sweets at this place are amazing! The staff though is a bit rude and not so friendly. They have sitting space for food as well.

Good foods And there I went for Taxt Department (Pan card) office than I decided to eat some food from Capilaz. Good job.

The restaurant has been made better with new furniture. I think they spice it up with some good low and slow music.

It is assessable because it's in highway. There might be a parking problem. All types of chaats are available with premium quality but average taste as compare to proper chaat shops. South India food, Chinese, north indian, variety of shakes are available, best known for sweets and snacks. Nice place for meetings.

It is a place with good decorations and bad quality food. Once I went here for the party given by my aunt. It was a really bad experience because the pizza I ate there was cold as it was made 2 hrs ago, and you know the taste of cold pizza, the cheese feels like rubber and was difficult to eat. That day we had dosas also but it was upside down (ulta) and with a very bad taste of masala inside it. It does not gave us only bad experience, if you want to go for samosas or chole - bhature you should definitely go to this place. We prefer kapilaz when we need samosas and the chatni with it is tasty. Accept samosas and chole - bhature this place is not so good.
