Very bad service
And they are not following the Rules of India tourism hotel and restaurant guide lines

Value for money hotel.
Attached balcony, small fridge, AC, car parking, wifi are the amenities provided.
I have not tried the hotel restaurant because there is very famous cafe (kalsang) in front of the hotel. Must try that kalsang cafe and restaurant both.

It was a great stay. The hotel staff hospitality is very nice, The room needs a bit of renovation but the overall stay was very nice. The best thing about this hotel is its location and the food.

The hotel is located on a very beautiful site, main rajpura road, just 500 meters from silver City. The service was very excellent. The hotel staff is very generous and humble. Also, if you avail the rooms with breakfast you will get a nice and delicious breakfast buffet. I loved this hotel and their hospitality.

Two years back the hotel was value for money and service was excellent but now it is in pathetic condition. Check other hotels instead of wasting your time

Rooms are not well maintained Also very pathetic place and the major thing they stole our petrol.they think couple stay here so we can do anything

Even the road cleaner act that he is owner here when we saw in morning he was sweeping the road and at the time of check-in he was assisting us.

No hot water in bathroom zero room service only waste of money not worth it all and snake inside the hotel I have shoot the video

The location is osm but the service is very bad.
No room service is available and when I call on their landline the way they are talking with me is in a very abusive way. All about hospitality I will give them 1 out of 10.
My suggestion to the owner of that hotel kindly look through your property and the hospitality service which they are providing.

I prefer families+couples please don't prefer this for any type of vacations and parties.

Food was ok. Not very tasty. Too costly. Plus portions quite small. Service was average. Bit delayed

I’ve never had a more unpleasant experience when it comes to hospitality. A particular member of the staff by the name of Deepak in their restaurant is aggressive and abusive when I was giving feedback about the service. I tried complaining to the Manager - Jagmohan who was very unhelpful and evasive when I asked that the matter be escalated to higher management.
I strongly recommend travellers especially families to stay away from this hotel where the attitude of a staff made me feel unsafe.

A big shout out to Shivam from house keeping who tried to cheer me up by going out of his way and being exceptional in his services.

I checked in on the 12th of this month (room 104 - suite) and I am checking out tomorrow.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Ample space for car parkimg. Located on rajpur road and Mussourie is near to this place. Very near to the only Mall im dehradun.

A nice place for quiet evening dining alongwith your family and friends.food is good and delicious but little bit expensive. Non vegetarian dishes are good and the portion is okay.staff service is good, polite and courteous.ample parking place.

This review is for the restaurant they're operating.
First of all don't know what sanitation measures they follow, I ordered a crispy corn, there was eyelash and hair in it, then arrived the main course of chicken sizzler one of the costliest dish on their menu which came with a dead insect all barbecued. This is what a premium location restaurant is offering to its customers, totally spoilt the mood and last dish of 2021, utterly Disappointed

The worst hotel and restaurant seen in Dehradun.
Food quality is baad.
And at all service is not good.

Vegetarian food was good but non-veg was a bit undercooked + contamination of food was found on the table next to me.

Found this insect in the chicken sizzler we ordered. Also In the starter crispy corn, there was a hair strand and eyelash. Worst experience ever. Not at all expected from a restaurant of this stature.

The place is good. With cordial and helpful staff but the quantity of food in a plate is too less as compared to the price.

Best is the location to mussoorie if u want to stay and leave in the morning, staff is good and cooperative.

The worst service I had ever seen in my life, even a member of the hotel I was offered with a complimentary stay with bfast and lunch, checkin time of the hotel was 2pm I reached the hotel by 4: 20pm and they refused to provide me the lunch saying that no lunch after 4: 30pm. I paid for the lunch bill of about ₹2000.
When entered the room which was executive and for a couple, there were two separate beds in the room, when I contacted the manager he said for members we give this thing only.
The room was very very small with poor amenities, used towels, no fridge, no TV remote, when asked for the remote after one hour of continuous ringing to the reception I finally got the TV remote. Extra bed was demanded for my child which was provided at 11pm giving the excuse that they have short of staff due to restaurant peak time, finally I checked out early morning receiving a pathetic service which I never want to recieve it again as I will never ever like to visit this place again.

This review is regarding food during my frequent visits as member. The hygiene they maintain in their property is very nice. The are following all covid related protocol.
Now let's talk about food here. Portion of food compare to its price is very good but improvements are needed in adding magical taste in it.
Final words are this place is a value for money with humble staff and quality service. But if you are looking for great taste then this place may be little disappointing.

One of the most hygenic and well maintained restaurants in dehradun. The ambience is good, the food is also good and the portion of the food is quite worth of their prices. All and all a good place to go and visit with your family to have a good dinner, lunch or whatever time you like

Food was not good as per the rate they are charging, service is not up to the level. It is good for one time visit. Our food arrived 1hr late

We went for lunch at Daffodils. The space is beautiful and there is not much rush. The food is good and the service is okay.

A very beautifully decorated place with very soothing ambience with the best behavior of the staff. Quick service was insured with the mind blowing food. Chilli chicken was a must tryy, chilli garlic noodles, honey chilli fish and American chopsuey everything was very tasty, hot n sour rules over the soups. A must visit place ️

Awesome place to have your family over dinner as i had my sisters wedding, the restaurant is really good it's a bit congested but the best thing i liked is the service which is fast and helpful they were taking care of all the covid protocols and everything the staff was wearing mask and the hotel interior and exterior is both worth 5 stars.

This was My First time experience and this was really very bad, there was no Hot water facility after calling again and again finally we got hot water at the end of the day and same happened in morning time, and in the morning Breakfast was very late at night they told that 8 am the breakfast will ready but we have to wait for 1: 30 hour finally they served breakfast at 9: 30 and that was also not very tasty so finally i will never ever recommend to anyone for this hotel.

Amazing hospitality, Good service Nice food. Located at Rajpur Road well connected with all the places. An awesome place for family and love buds as well

Very very very bad experience! I recommend not to go in this hotel. The staff is thief. Me and my partner had gone to watch a movie at night we came back at 1am and I looked for my money in my bag, there was no money there and also we ordered a pizza earlier which was full before we had gone to the movie but after we came back and started looking for my money I was shocked to see the pizza was whole eaten. And I asked the management to show the CCTV footage but they said they are not working as the new software has not installed yet. The loss of money is not concerned but the privacy and Safety is the prime concerned while staying at these hotels. I would never recommend you to visit this hotel.

We 4 families spent two nights in "THE DAFFODILS HOTEL" in Dehradun (Uttrakhand). It was a great experience with the services, food quality, rooms services, location, hospitality, luxurious rooms with competitive charges.
The view is grand and majestic when you look at the Hotel from the front and very soothing while looking at the hills from the Hotel.
The Hotel reflects great sense of appreciation of beauty and the taste of owner of Hotel.

Good staff, good service, great restraunt, clean room not too spacious but worth the money you pay. I would suggest this to anyone asking for a place to stay in dehradun.

This is a lovely hotel that is very centrally located. It is great for families. The food is delicious and all the staff is very helpful and friendly.

We had a great experience staying at the hotel. It's grand ambience and great hospitality made our experience comfortable. Very good breakfast menu and delicious food. Thanks a lot to Manager Shahank and night-shift receptionist for being helpful at odd hours and catering to us at inconvenient times at early morning. Also they kept my watch safely and returned it. All in all, great place, honest and hard-working staff, super clean and comfy rooms, good food. Would recommend anyone any day to stay here.
