A very shady atmosphere and not upto the mark… they show a different price in ZOMATO and Dine out but when you go there the prices are very high and they deny to give any offers which they show on Swiggy Dineout or ZOMATO. The food takes eternity to come.

Very bad service, the food is not good AT ALL, weirdly expensive for what not reasons, ambience is also below average, negative for hookah.

Bad place. Staff members are very rude and inappropriate. Bad place to visit especially for girls.

Walking along the roads of Park Street often makes you hungry with so many great options around.

It was a Sunday afternoon and as I walked out of Westside, I saw the board of 21 Plus which was appealing to me. I almost got pulled in and instantly liked the vibe too. The place was absolutely empty quite contrasting to the other places around.

Ambiguity in my heart, I went through the menu card and was pleased to find the pricing very affordable. I was looking to order something offbeat and ordered some fish balls to accompany my glass of Johnnie Walker. Served with a bowl of chips, I savoured my whiskey with some great music playing.

The setting of the tables were so close and the acoustic of the place not being upto the mark I can hear a couple being loud and mushy mushy with their conversations just a table ahead. The blaring disco floor lights might be too intimidating for casual diners during lunch time. Unfortunately, they don't have option to turn it off.

After a wait of 30 mins, and almost 8 people offering me to refill my empty glass (even after saying no to it twice), I finally got my fish balls. The only solace to the wait time was they were prepared with care. I popped in each of them in no time and eventually by that time my burnt garlic noodles have also arrived. Disappointing it was, as it appeared noodles have been burnt. I didn't want to extend my stay much and offered to settle my bill.

Though the service charges were already added (which I was happy to pay), the wait staff coerced me to offer. On pointing out, he seemed persistent and pushy by giving horrendous reasons. I was bemused and almost rushed out of the place.

The service absolutely marred my experience!

Very bad place. This is a dance bar. Club dancers are allowed to dance in inappropriate clothes and accept tips for the performance. Only if you are looking to waste your money in a filthy dance bar then this is your place in Park Street.

Services are very bad, though they charge you extra service tax which is voluntery with no shame

Best place for freshers party or any other such parties. Affordable prices quality food. Great ambience and the staffs are too good. The dancing floor was one of the best things in this cafe.

The owner must focus on his cafe. Seems like he has many other businesses and had extra funds by which he opened this cafe and doesnt care about it. The staffs are so rude and have no ethics that they run after the customer till the gate for extra tip. Also half of the menu dishes were not available and other items we ordered were horrible.

The place was good previously but not the service has been Detoriated. Previously, it provides good food at a reasonable price with a nice music environment by artists but now price has been increased with Detoriated food taste and no music system available.

It's okayish. I've been to better places. I didn't like the way these guys kept on nagging for a tip. Tips are okay I guess but the issue is that different people will come for separate tips which is not fine. Food quality and ambience is good. It becomes a dance bar after 8 so will suggest olypub or magnolia if You're a fan of real conversations

My personal experience was pathetic here. They played "Shirdi wale Sai Baba" in a hookah lounge. Never visiting again. Very disappointed.

Call ahead to book a table. Also, if you can’t find a cocktail that seems just right, tell the bartender your preferences and liquors of choice and let him create a masterpiece just for you. After 8 they change their setup.

One of the worst Hokkah had at this place and for the Hokkah they had the audacity to charge 840/-. Very bad experience.

If you want to spend your money uselessly you must visit this Cafe or lounge or whatever
Foodings and Hookah they gave was so Horrible almost nill smoke was coming from hookah almost all the staff members came and saw no one could correct it and when I asked that change the coal they were saying it's changeable
Ordered mix sauce pasta and it came with so bad taste. Staff members were also not well behaved. Only ambiance was good and rest all the things was worst!

Waste of money not space and tasty food and not allow to change the songs according to me

The place is one of the best for foodies who want to try variety of starters and mocktails. Its a place with loud music. One must try the pizza here and the moroccon thai chicken. The mocktails are awesome. Its pocket friendly price and variety of food will make you happy. There is a separate upstairs for couples.
Sheesha (hookah) price was a bit on the higher side but since it lasted for almost 1.5 hours i would say its a good deal. Its the main attraction of this place.

Dont go by name, they allow kids.
The food takes time to make so order ahead.
If you use dineout app you will get good discount.

One of the beautiful and coolest club is in town and that too in such an affordable rates. It was lovely to be a part of their preferred customers. Thank youuuu!

The place is 21 lounge is situated at the heart of Kolkata (parlstreet). The moment we entered, we lost in the era of beautiful song. The food is just woooow. We ordered veg ki msti deal, come again, one night stand and chiken lollypop everything was just perfect, the staff were very co operative. Must visit restro # Bole to paisa wasul # Thumbs up
