The pandle is good there. It is just closest to sealdah train station but who ever coming from sealdah are suggested to go by the boubajar side during the Puja time.

Worst crowd this year because of Ram Mandir theme of Durga Puja Pandal.
Theme Pandal and Devi Durga everything else was super good.

I was there on 5th October of this year, Argentine goalkeeper Emi Martinez arrived their in front of thousands of people. That was a lifetime experience for me.

One of the famous park in kolkata. Nice place. Full ground is covered with iron fence. There is swimming pool for the children to learn how to swim. Children play there games on the ground. Old men women come here for fresh air and for morning and evening walk. There are same benches for sitting. One of the famous durga puja occurred in this ground.

I have seen Durga mata which is made in 50 kg gold. Other idols not in gold only jwellery are found in gold. Suggestion is to make all idols in gold next year.

Beautiful place. If you visit the park you can see so many things like play ground, swimming pool, flowers garden and etc.

This place is right situated amid near collage square. Very well known place among all decent at north Kolkata. Mostly the people of Kolkata know this place as Santosh Mitra square and it's 'Durga Idol' and Pandal, which is super cool. It's almost impossible to enter this place on 'Sarat-utsav'. This palace is very vintage as Kolkata, and I love entire North Kolkata.

Dont know about this park for the rest of the year, but during the Durga Puja this is one of the places in Kolkata that you wont dare to miss if pandal hopping is your thing! Their puja has been one of the most renowned pujas in Kolkata since time immemorial, and this year they outdid themselves, creating the idol of Devi Durga of approximately 18 crores worth of pure GOLD. It was one of the best creations this year. Hats of to them from a proud Calcuttan!

I went there on Panchami for pandal hopping.very nice place.secure as well. I love the murti of maa durga every year.the face of maa durga brings you a peace in your mind.all over okay.best for kids for playing and patients for a change of them

It is a good place to spend some time in afternoon. Lots of sports activities like swimming, football etc see available there.there is also lots of shaded sitting arrangement for travellers who wants to spend some time with friends and family.wo other separate play areas. Jogging tracks. Shedded benches. Lots of trees. Drinking water. Most importantly a swimming pool for children to learn. Park is maintained nicely but some play things are broken.

The place is actually a big ground which is separated into 4 parts. There is a children's playground, a Swimming Club, a small field and the rest of the ground is where the legendary Durga Puja of Santosh Mitra Square takes place. The place is ideal for morning walkers of all ages and children. The entire park is well lit and clean with ample amount of benches and shelters for the visitors

It is a very good place to spend some evening with your family and friends. Especially during Durga puja.

Its a social friendly place, health conscious people do the jogging and exercise which good by far. Also at the time during pujas, its calibrated very beautifully. I lobe it.

This is a nice place to hangout.there is a children's park & a play ground to pay. You can come here & sit here nicely on the benches around the park. People from different age grp will be present there.there is also a swimming pool in the premises but it is only for those trainees

It's road also good and wide but lorries are stand a road side ideally with no reason as it is industrial areas no body opposes just because our kolkata police ignore but it highly hampers the smooth running of public.

Famous by Bowbazar Lebutala Park. You can go there from Bowbazar Bank of India, u can go also from Sealdah, Prachi Cinema Hall.

This park used to be known as the Lebutala Park. A very big park having amenities of playground, gymnasium and swimming pools. Nowadays, martial arts classes are held also. Very close from Sealdah Railway station. 3 minutes walking from Bowbazar Bank of India. Just opposite to the Muchipara Police station.

I visited this place during Durga Puja and it was terrific time. Millions of people walking through a narrow road and pushing others from all the side.and you can see the idol just for a second no place to stand and enjoy the beauty of the idol.

Very decent and crowded place. Great for a morning or evening walk with family and friends. Try not get cheesy if you're travelling with your partner.

I do have a nostalgic feelings here. I did have a lot of memories here, specially when I was small.

The atmosphere is a calm nd soothing one, where you can gossip with your friends. The food fair going on now is really nice. Just it needs to be maintained a bit well.

This is the worst park in central Kolkata though it has a yogalaya, a swimming pool and a nice green children park incorporated in the main park. The planning is very clumsy. For morning walkers the walk way is dirty and haphazard. One can join Group yoga session which is regular here. The con is that all the labourer of this locality capture the seats and families cannot have an outing here. In the morning also u are not allowed to enter and have the benefits of green area till u become the member of a laughing club who have taken over the rights from the civic body to govern it. U can only come here to see it's reputed Durga Puja provided u have the stamina to bear the pangs of acute congestion and rush.
