Hotel (Emarald inn) is a very very nice hotel, love their nature and behaviour clean rooms little distance from the digha beach.

Had a horrible incident with this hotel. For the first night their hospitality was very good. We previously told the receptionist that we are going to check out next day early morning as we were having bus to catch. I don't know why they have locked us inside the hotel from outside. We came out of the room and saw they locked us inside. We knocked all doors in the hotel, none of them opened. There was not a single exit even from back door. We called Oyo helpline none picked it up and also called the receptionist literally more than 15 times, he also didn't pick it up. We reached roof top & out of panic we decided to jump from verandah slab which is relatively lower than the roof. I somehow managed to jump but my friend couldn't and has got a fracture on the left leg. The most strange part was why they decided to lock us inside the hotel without a single hotel stuff & that also locking us from outside. Such a strange hotel.

Please stay away from such kind of hotels. What would happen if the hotel catches fire, how will they get out? We had one of the sickest and horrible experience with this hotel.

The hotel rooms are too good, all staffs are very helpful and good. The bathrooms are very clean.all the way I've at this hotel "Peace"

Hotel Emarald Inn is a very nice hotel at affordable price. Rooms are clean and the food is good. Staff are very dedicated and assisting. Very nice service and stay. It's not very far from the beach either.

Room size is very good & comfortable. Behaviour of staffs also very good & all type of facilities are available here for spending vaccination.

Small yet good hotel to stay! Price is affordable!
Completely safe!
Couple friendly rooms!
Staffs are the best
Loved their nature and behavior!
Beach is around 800m from the hotel!

খুব সুন্দর জায়গা, হোটেল থেকে sea beach মাত্র 5-10 মিনিটে পৌঁছে যাওয়া যায়, প্রতিটা রুম খুব সুন্দর বাথরুম গুলো খুব ই পরিষ্কার, সবচেয়ে বড়ো কথা management এবং প্রতিটা কর্মচারী খুব ই ভাল একদম বাড়ির লোকের মতো, পরিবার নিয়ে safe and secure ভাবে থাকার জন্য best hotel,

I would like to inform the hotel owner/manager that the tinted windows are visible from outside. The curtains provided are not good and anyone can view the room from the outside which hampers the privacy of the occupants. Though the Hotel Staffs are good & well behaved this must rectified asap.

We checked in for two days we had a wrost experience in this hotel.they didn't clean our room whether we told it three times. They didn't want to listen our request they just follow their routine rule otherwise you can't expect anything like we asked for boiled water five times &they take three hours for give it to us. We gave order for dinner & then go outside for hangout. They just called us for reminding to came hotel because of the getting cold. Its not a hotel its feels like a mess.

Good Hotel, Peaceful environment, Good rooms, food & Service, value for money, best hotel to stay with your friends and family members.

Nice hotel, But very small rooms and very hot inside the room, in summer. Food quality is good. Rent for a room is 600 or above. But very long distance from the beach. Good hotel for bachelor. Overall good hotel.

Excellent service with good comfort. Also very suitable for family and childrens. Good food, wifi facility and so many others are available. Most attractive thing is every staff are very familiar.

This hotel is situated separated from crowd area of New Digha. Couple entry also available here. Make sure you have to your photo identify proof to avail the room.

Clean rooms. A little distance from the main Rd as well as new Digha beach but overall service is good
