Most bad place.please don't plan for here.they are posting old property images on websites.rooms are very bad, smelly, damp, beds are dirty, rooms wall dump, as well as very bad behaviour of every staff's.very bad experience.

Worst hotel they are just taking money and providing worst room and facilities. If you ask for room change they won't co-operate and not even return your money AC not working broken switch board, dirty bedsheets and not at all maintained

यहाँ का रूम और रूम सर्विसेज बहुत ही घटिया है, खाना खिलाने वाले वेटर का विहवः बहुत ही घटिया है, एक भी रूम साफ सफाई नही है बहुत गंदगी फैला हुआ है। मैं तो अब इस होटल में कभी नही जाऊंगा।

It was quite.good.room service need to be better! Check.in was smooth.my room was 215 that corner one.the best part was the location around the resort.

Service is very bad we were calling in reception but no one is responding and they said call on the number WiFi connection is very poor and network issue is very bad 2 days my Phone network is almost disable

Its a horrible experience. They took 4500 for suitrooms and deluxe room rent is 2800 each. But the walls are not painted, the door of the fridge come on hand, the ac are not working properly, alots of mosquitoes in the room bathroom are not clean and its like yellow, beds are broken. And most the behavior of the staff are very rough. And somny things are in the holtel so, iam requesting you that don't go in that hotel.

The room was very useless. The bathroom was also very dirty. AC in Room was not working either. Food is not good just average. Pls maintained the hygiene.

Lack of cleanliness with rotten smell and planning of installation of AC was a big disaster.

Very good place to vist with family i had a very good time wd my family everything was so good the stuff and the foods literally everything. Gonna visit again soon wd my family

The Palm Resort situated at Digha Purba medinipur and near to old Digha sea beach. But not very near. Its about 1 km far way from the sea beach. The place is really awesome gor family, group picnic, place and environment was really nice. You get toto (battery rickshawala) from the hotel to beach. Breakfast and meal are attached with this. You order it in you room also.

It was quite great to stay at such a nice and greeting place. The resort was beautiful, fooding was also good and the management were also great. All I can say is if you are thinking of to spend a day or two in Digha then do consider this beautiful Resort.

The proprietor Mr. Shadhan was extremely ill mannered. He behaves very poorly with every guest. We attended the New Year's party for 2020 in the Palm Resort.before payment he made a lot of claims but as soon as the payment was done he started misbehaving and none of the claims were fulfilled by the end of the party. When the guests started complaining he just plainly said "leave". Staff behaviour and service not nice. Food was also dissatisfactory.
Very bad experience. I'm honestly giving one star because there's no option for zero.
