Visited few days back. Only Six of us present in the restaurant throughout the evening and none has come which is quite surprising regarding the cost effectivenes of the restaurant is concerned. How they are maintaining all the staff other expenditure without any customers. Though the food quality is good
Was very please to see such a dine inn. Nice interior good staff, interior and the most important part one of the best food I had in recent times. Keep up the good work. Enjoyed the food here thoroughly.
Food - 5/5, flawless Service - 1/5 We went for Poila Boisakh lunch and ordered 6 thalis. Our food arrived late, at different times, 20 mins apart from each other. Some items were missing on some thalis and we had to ask for them, repeatedly, before they arrived. The table next to us had to wait 15 mins before getting menus. It was easy to note that the restaurant was not able to manage the rush (and their online orders) in sync. Service was not up to the mark.
Food on the other hand was perfect. Every single item on the thali was delicious, authentic and well prepared. I'm giving 4/5 overall rating just because of this, inspite of terrible service. Overall, we could have had a 10× better experience if the service and capacity was better planned but perhaps they were not prepared for the crowd and orders for the new year.
We had an impromptu plan to visit there. After watching a movie at Carnival, we were looking for a nearby restaurant to have lunch and found this gem. Its two minitues walking distance from carnival cinema, saltlake. We had ordered Gondhoraj Lassi, Gondhoraaj chicken crispy, mutton dak bunglow, and murg polao. Each of the dishes is worth every single penny. So lip smacking. Must try their mutton dak bunglow. It's their signature dish. Will definitely visit again. 1000 to 1200 is needed for two people for full-fledged lunch.
Wonderful, i have requested to decorate a little as its my 11th anniversery but they decorated my table in such a way that i was surprised. Thanks for everything. We got complimentary beverages and a big cake. Behaviour, presentation and food was perfect. Do visit this place with your dear once You will love this place. Specially food. Each and every item we orderd was mind blowing. Thanks to Bipasha di owner of this place she takes care of everything and made our day so special.
Great place to dine in. Great ambiance and design. Food served here is fresh, delicious and hot. Service here is excellent. Overall this place is highly recommended and a must try place. Bengali food here is really great. I would say value for money.
Bengali cuisine at best in this resturant, must try morog or mutton pulao with dakhai pora mangsho. It's awesome, starters are unique and tasty. The main course have lots of variety. Lovely ambience.
The food was grand. The prawn chiney kebab was beyond exhilerating. The kosha mutton was spicy and sweet at the same time. The luchi gave intense feelings of ecstacy and joy. The polau had a diverse taste of sweet, spicy, sour and salty. And last, but not the least, the baked sandesh. This was very rare, and was cooked to eniticing perfection. The ambience was also graceful and elegant, while the restaurant had beautiful designs. 4th street dining hall gave us quite the desi feeling.l
Food quality is outstanding. It's rich, delicious, aesthetic and classy. The staffs are so helpful and extremely polite. Overall a great experience. Must visit. Excellent place

The phrase evolves from the notion of illimitable rituals every month for Bongs. Beyond our primary calendar based occasions, we blend ourselves well with the global festivals too marking our versatility across all religions.
Moving onto December, a month full of festive vibe and excitement, it's all set to keep abundant elation for the Bong tummies to satiate their cravings amidst the Christmas and year ending celebrations.
While saying that, if you're curious about a lavish Bong Dine-in destination for family and friends, 4th Street Dining Hall would be worth a recommendation for myriad reasons.
What to look for -
The place is being urbanised, with a heritage tinge across the floor and the gorgeous chandelier, marking it a spacious dine in destination housing 50 odd seaters. The interiors portray a chic Instagram friendly look with an attached well maintained wash basin and toilet area to look for while visiting with kids and elders.
What's on the menu -
The place is specialised for it's authentic Bengali cuisine serving ala carte with decent portions in each to serve two. While gulping down, few items on the menu made it straight to my heart for it's authentic taste and perfect Balance of spices that made me emotional.

4th Street Dinning Hall, located at Salt Lake near Carnival Cinemas is a new addition to the Bengali Cuisine Restaurants in kolkata. With a huge and fabulous chandelier and their lighting and decoration, will make you feel like you are sitting in some Dinning Hall of a Rajbari (Kings Palace). Besides their ambience and hospitality they serve one of the best Bengali food I have tasted till date. Their food tastes so delicious that it will make you feel that you are having food cooked by your mother. So we tried Dimer Devil Aloo Chop Steamed Rice Posto Narkel Bora Maacher Matha diye Moong Dal Aloo Jhinga Posto Kanchalonka Dhonepata Murgi Kankrar Jhal Luchi Chingri'r Dum Pulao Chutney Papad Baked Mihidana with Rabri
All the dish tasted awesome but among all these I would like to recommend you to try out their Posto Narkel Bora, Kanchalonka Dhonepata Murgi, Aloo Jhinga Posto, Dimer Devil and Chingri'r Dum Pulao. Among all I liked these dishes the most. So guys what are you waiting for go grab your favourite Bengali food at 4th Street Dinning Hall and have the feeling for you homemade food.
A very new restaurant in Kolkata. This restaurant serves amazing bengali cuisine which can blew your mind. Starting from luchi to kosha mangsho to dessert each and every item taste really amazing. The place is located at saltlake sector 3. The reason behind the name came up with fine dining experience. They believe not just in good food but also good mood with luxurious experience. The interiors all are set as cozy and property is properly set up as luxurious dining. Coming to food
Price is reasonable compare to the quality and quantity of food is provided. Perfect place to plan a next visit for your favourite Bengali cuisine. Pocket pinch 1000 for two.
Have been to many bengali outlets earlier and enjoyed the delicacies but there is something about this place that made me comment this one word "Amazing" This place is located near Salt Lake Sector 3 just opposite to Carnival Cinema. It's speciality is serving bengali cuisine for both East Bengal and West Bengal. The ambience is well sophisticated, perfect for family gathering or celebration of special bengali ocassion. Coming to my favorite part is the food - Kakrar Jhal (Crab) (must try) Dimer Devil Posto Narkel Bora (highly recommended) Aloo Chop Steamed Rice Aloo Jhinga Posto Maacher Matha diye Moong Dal (must try) Luchi Chingri'r Dum Pulao Kanchalonka Dhonepata Murgi (must try) Chutney Papad Baked Mihidana with Rabri (must try)
Loved the taste of Posto Narkel Bora that is the "Coconut Poppy seeds fritters" which tasted heavenly, highly recommended. Also Maacher Matha diye Moong Dal which is considered to be the thick, rich, aromatic Bengali style Moog Dal along with the dominant presence of the fish head was a pure bliss to my craving. The item Kanchalonka Dhonepata Murgi had a fulfilling smell when it was served and I couldn't resist grabbing a piece for myself. Lastly, the Baked Mihidana with Rabri was a perfect dessert and thus the overall experience went pretty well and therefore, I would like to highly recommend this place to all food lovers.
