A RETRO HOTEL & CAFE

Fraud hotel. They demand extra cash and high rent. I booked this hotel from oyo and they demanding extra cash. Ridiculous hotel I have ever seen. Third class staff and third class hotel. Advise not to book Or visit this hotel.

Rude behaviour, dirty rooms, overpriced food, charged extra money, never book this one

Speak of Ambience, Rooms or the Services offered, everything is soul satisfying.
The location is easily accessible from all the major IT Companies and Malls.
The owner is a kind hearted individual who knows how to take care of its guests.
Food cooked is superbly tasty and hygienic.
Overall you won't regret having stayed in this place.

Booked online, arrived for checkin. They denied checking and asked for extra money. I already payed the whole amount in advance. They asked for double amount. I sat outside, didn't even offer me water. I politely asked the manager to find a solution. The man at the reception went off and didn't even try to listen and help me out with some solution. He had a very rough behaviour as if it was my fault. Never expected this behaviour from a flagship hotel. Thoroughly unprofessional, rude, inhuman.

I recommend NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL ONLINE.

The review is not about the stay it's about their food. Ordered Chicken Biriyani (it was their special). Sadly it was pathetic. They charged Rs 280 for it. Price is not an issue if what is being offered has good taste. The road side Biriyani tastes better than this. I generally don't write reviews but the experience of having that Biriyani was so bad that I thought others shouldn't suffer like me.
If there was option of zero star I would have given zero star.
