Worst ever experience with this hotel. Please don't checkin in this hotel.they will fraud you. Specially front desk staff. He don't know how to talk to people. He was too much rude. When we checkin he was told that the room price is Rs 2500 then after some discount he told the Rs 2000 for a day. Then I stayed for two days that means total amount is Rs 4000 for two days. Or when I checked out, he started saying Rs 4000 for a day and started shouting. I think he was drunken when we're checkin. At last, after a lot of debate, I finally paid Rs 8000 for two days.

This is a fraud hotel. I hv never seen receptionist like him (a muslim guy Imran). He is alcoholic.at the time of check in he told me charge of the room is 2500 and then at check out time he told me charge of the room is 4000 I hv to pay more money. And he don't know how to talk with guests he behaved with me like Gunda.plz don't visit this hotel they are cheater.

For business persons this hotel location is great, I think the only hotel near market area in good condition,

Managing team is wrost. They didn't pay salary exact time & they don't allow weekly leave for staff. Wrost hotel ever

Nice hygenic room. Best Hotel in Burra bazar area. Minus point no Food facility although they can provide from outside. Lastly they dont provide anycomplimentary Bislery bottles.

I have booked it because it shown as 3 star hotel in make my trip app. None of the 3 start fecilities are there in hotels
No refreshments were give
No cattle
We were two guests, always only one towl is given
When we gave lock for cleaning they dint change bed sheets, we had to explicitly ask
No kichen, no proper room services

It's just room nothing much.
Very much over priced for the kind of fecility

Hotel is good but the service is pathetic. The worst part is the hospitality provided. The staff does not have proper etiquettes on how to treat guest. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend staying at such a place with so poor service!

Staff at reception is rude. No instructions in the room to operate tv wifi and other amenities.

For everything you need to call and ask and wait in line.

Ok type hotel, not worth the price, front desk manager Dinesh’s behaviour is too bad, don’t know the logic of keeping the original ID with him, no hotel in the world does that. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, it’s a waste of money.and even if you stay, be careful from this guy Dinesh.disgrace.

Worst hotel in Kolkata. Very Bad experience as they are not at all professional and not cooperative. They are very rude. We just ask for Tax invoice they said their GST got suspended. I don't know how they are running their hotel without any GST. WORST! WORST! WORST!

One of the best hotels in the entire barrabazar locality, located beside zakaria street near moonlight cinema. No in house restaurant facility

One of the best and cleanest hotel in the intersection of Zakariya Street and Rabindra Sarani. Its one of the very new hotel owned by Aafreen Hotels. The place is not very far way from the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, also very near to Mahatma Gandhi Metro Staion, one can walk to the metro station and go straight to new market through the metro. Also Kolkata Rail Station (Chitpur Rail station) is not very far away. Theres a famous street market of Zakariya Street that is adjacent to the hotel. The interior of the hotel is a premium three star hotels interior. The staffs are also welcoming and helpfull. There was a small restaurant inside the hotel that offered free breakfast but now it is under renovation. The rate in the peek season is a bit high and visitors are advised to book early in advance for accommodation. The rate is ok in the off season. One can get the taxi or rent a car service of and to the airport or rail station from the hotel.

New hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Negtive point is no restaurant inside the hotel.

Clean and tidy hotel in busy street of Kolkata, nice place for bussiness traveler, soft spoken staff.

Good to stay no food available u have to give order they will go outside n then they will give take too much of time
