My charger wasn't working just a week before a year warranty was getting over. So I got a new one from here free of cost, which stopped working just within 6 months. Also my laptops hinge was broken. Pick Up and Delivery was not an option for them, me staying hours far from them. Hopefully I have got a trustworthy repair shop near my home, who repaired my acer laptop broken hinge and also gave me a charger that is working pretty well for over a year. I will stick to my new repair shop, and won't buy any Acer laptop either, since this is their only service centre in West Bengal.
