Tasty pizzas with an Indian twist. Reasonably priced compared to Pizza Hut. Would recommend

Food quality is good though price is on the higher side. Behavior of the staff is good. One thing which I don't like that they charged service Charge without asking me. When I asked for the explanation that for what this service Charge is, the waiter changed the bill without arguing. So if you are there please check the bill before you pay. Any restaurant can charge the same without asking you as per Govt. Rules.

This is happening for the second time. Their “Firangi” (English breakfast) comes with juice. But they deliberately skip that unless specifically you ask for it. Service is very poor and delayed. The cafe is Smokey inside as they are running the kitchen with two domestic chimneys. And they charge you service charge as well, ideally that is optional so they should ask before adding in the bill.

Inspite of above average food quality, I would give 1 star rating for billing malpractice. They add 10% service tax on top of entire bill amount along with GST.

Highly recommend Afraa to anyone around Salt Lake or even further away in Kolkata, for its classic egg salad brown bread sandwiches. Fantastic quality, portion size and freshness of egg, mayo, bread and all the other ingredients. I have been taking away these sandwiches for my flights out of Kolkata for a while now, and they suit me perfectly during the journeys. And most impressed with the overwhelming response of the manager, Ms. Shhreyaa, and her extremely amiable and commendable conduct. I faced a minor lapse in experience almost 8 months back, which she warmly remembered and generously made up for in my recent visit. Something totally unexpected, unseen and unlikely in the generally experienced unprofessionalism, rampant in Kolkata, and it's chaotic nature of food businesses. Kudos!

Afra.once again. Last visited a year ago. A Must stop to rest fatigued feet for continental delicacies. New addition is liqueur menu, though not much takers in the evening hours. Though pricey, it remains one of the best for continental dishes in Salt Lake Sector 1

Beautiful place. Beautiful atmosphere, you can go with your friends or your loved ones enjoy the outdoor sitting and the environment at night or the indoor seating at day time. Food is very tasty and beautiful. A little costly but Zomato gold is back.

Food matches any good deli joints. Ambience is decent. The place seems running short of service staff but they put up their best efforts. Good music makes the place even more enjoyable!

If you are in City Center 1 and crave for some continental food, then Afraa Deli is a must visit place. The ambience is very good, price is quiet competitive and staff is really nice.

Very good and the food is very much tasty
Tastes wise the items are delicious.
And the interior is damn photographic.

For dinner date it is a most recommended place.
But the items are bit expensive.

There is an open area mostly smokers sit there, it is also very good.
The view of city centre 1, metro, and some of saltlake city is very beautiful

Ambience is bougie and foods are decent too but staff behaviour neither up to the mark nor welcoming

Ordered the simplest thing I could - Cold Coffee.and I felt sorry I had to pay almost Rs. 300 for a wobbly plastic glass of coffee flavoured milk which wasn't even cold enough.

Oddly, it now seems to make sense - no wonder the open space which was once a hot favourite is lying empty on a Saturday evening!

Inattentive staff and underwhelming food.

Visited this outlet on a Saturday noon. Only 4 patrons were present and yet the staff was more engaged in gossiping at the counter. The result was that the order was understood in parts and delivered out of sequence.

A bottle of water and glasses were not set at the table - after 2 reminders. The sweet fresh lime soda was in fact a salt fresh lime soda (and one wonders how that happened). While the grilled chicken and mayo sandwich was really without texture and taste the classic egg salad sandwich had more kick and was definitely enjoyable. I am guessing the absence of good establishments around the area make this a go to place. But should really be avoided - the Starbucks next door will have a better selection of bread based options at a more reasonable price.

Good place to jave some delicious food. Love the quite ambience and the friendly staff. Ofcourse food is delicious.

Could not understand why they are adding 10 percent service charge to the bill. Tips should be paid to the server directly instead of adding to the bill. Otherwise it's a good place.

Cost: In the total bill, following charges are added: -
1) Service Tax- 10%
2) CGST-2.5%
3) SGST- 2.5%
So it's heavy on the pocket but to be honest, it's worth it.
Tip: Good place to hangout with friends. Try to sit inside because its warm outside although nature lovers can always take the opportunity. Do visit atleast once. Good for evening snacks.

Beautiful ambience, specialy the outdoor tables in winter. Really enjoyed the Phirangi breakfast (extra ordered coffee), but a fried tomato would have made it perfect.

Located in Salt Lake city Centre, the place has made quite a buzz with the food enthusiasts for a light snacks and breakfast. They serve some good coffee, cakes burgers, muffins and mock tails. Their chilly cheese toast is fantastic. All foods are freshly prepared in clean hygienic way. Very friendly staff and helpful.

Today I had ordered for chicken Pasta at Afraa Daily City Centre 1 Saltlake, during payment I found that they have placed the final bill with SERVICE CHARGE of 7.5% which was withdrawn much before from all the Hotel and restaurants and as per the Government guideline it is optional, before billing Manager could have asked me wheather I am ready to pay the service charge or not.instead of doing that they have placed me the final bill which is not at all acceptable.

The management needs to see the matter on urgent basis.

Food tasty but little bit costly, services are not up to mark, more systematic and organized way to services required, extra focus on cleaning

Quaint place to have tea / coffee or all the three meals of a day. The outdoor-seating arrangement is what draws me more. Afraa Deli has retained its essence through time.

Mostly I visit this outlet for evening snacks; perfect for pastas and several other sandwitch options; food quality is good, but the staffs (and the customers) should be more cautious while preparing the bills with small add-ons, as it might create confusion with the items we are having there

One of my favourite places in Kolkata. It has the best Alfredo pasta which is popularly know as the white sauce pasta. Being a pasta lover, I can vouch for this place. A must must must have if you love white sauce pasta. ️

Nice place to enjoy with friends and company for a tea or coffee and also food, anytime of the day. Relaxed with good staff and hygienic standards maintained. We spend weekends for chatting sessions and thoroughly enjoy the time there.

The small quaint cafe on the extreme corner of busy City Centre 1 is indeed a food heaven. We had the following:

1. Make your own pasta (we made Chicken Pesto Pasta) : The pasta was really creamy, loaded with cheese, and veggies!
2. Make your own pasta (we made Chicken Aglio Olio Pasta) : The pasta was spicy, with the right amount of garlic kick to it. The veggies made it more amazing and colorful. It can easily be shared by 2 people.

The outlet is relatively pocket friendly and the servers very helpful. Will definitely visit again.
