Airport City Hotel

Overall a great hotel even with view, accessibility and a pool. Great food and nice ambience

Mid night service was available. Proactive service not available. Location is very close to airport. Some tourist information could be available in the front desk. Food was good but very low variety in the breakfast.

8 to 9 kms near to AIRPORT, good hotel a bit expensive for single occupancy, its a 3 star hotel.

The location is close to airport.and service is fast.but the rooms smell of smoking. Even though I got my room changed.the entire room wreaks smell of smoke and dust.
Non recommended for non smokers.

Location Close To The Airport, Staff at the check-in until check out is super Friendly and supportive, Rooms and Washroom are super Clean and spacious. Food is Good.

The hotel is just average. Rooms are not so good. However staff is good and the location Is good. Just located within striking distance from the Kolkata airport.
I did not like the food too much and moreover outside food is not allowed.

Nice and clean. Restaurant and bar. Pool is in the top floor. Ample parking lot. Good staff behaviour. Deluxe room has an extra bed, Normal room is having seperate beds. Rooms are specious.

Nice place. But costly. Otherwise nice place for communication from here to any side of Kolkata.

It's been a great experience visiting there.staff behaviour was very good and the room is also clean and organised. It's a great option to stay there if u r looking for a hotel near the airport. Morning breakfast is complementary. I didn't have lunch there but I can say that the dishes I ordered at night are yummy and I loved it

The service, the basic things were totally out of place, not even a clean glass, the bathroom flush is not working, come on! Is there any excuse for that? So, is the charge in only for the central a.c!? Please ask these questions before getting in. The price they charge for the rooms it's not justified. Do better or pack up. There's no next time there.

This is a very reasonable hotel, the restaurant is very good, the complimentary breakfast excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

Stayed here for the convenience of going to airport. Very near to Kolkata airport. Rooms are a bit old but well maintained. Staff were friendly. Food was tasty at reasonable price. A good option for someone who have a late night flight

Not got into it but how far it looks from outside l guess it will good not less from the expectation. You should try it once.

A very clean and tidy hotel with all essential services. Very good behaviour of staff and quality of food is also on par with 5 star hotels.

The crops restaurent is tremendously bad food. They have served me a pinacolada with only pineapple juice.
The chef here needs to have a reality check.

Nothing to hate the hotel rather it is a good place to stay. The facilities available here are very good for staying.services are also equally good.

Good service, I have reached there at midnight around 2 am, with my guest but still they are active in reception desk and within few minutes they get a good room.

I booked a room for 3 people on their website and asked for a early check in over email. We reached the hotel at 6am and found all the staff sleeping. We had to call them over the phone so they would open the gate for our cab. Then they told us all the rooms were booked. I had to show the email confirming my early check-in with the name of the manager to get a room (we got upgraded). The extra bed was simply put on the floor so I got cold as the blanket was not warm enough. Amenities were there but I wouldn't recommend it. It is very close to the airport but there's nothing around.

It's a very good hotel with nice ambience. Service is very good. They also have a good marriage hall. Place is very near to airport and you have a good connectivity of transport from here.

Overpriced rooms & taxi service for airport drop. Lack of proper maintenance & cleanliness. Poor staff behaviour. They mainly get customers who have to catch early morning flights & are looking to spend the night before. Customer retention is the last thing in their mind. Very poor experience.
