Cake is good especially cream was very soft.it's very yummy one of the best Cake Baker in Durgapur.

Cake of this store is good and you can also get cookies and other snakes here with good taste and rates

Extremely bad customer service, the female agent working there is very very rude. Don't recommend. IDIOTS

There pastries and cakes are good.
But snack item and cake pops are okay. They need to work on it more.
Also they have good collection of birthday decor items. Must visit for readymade decor items

All things are not good.
Pastry and patties are awesome but cake's taste are not very good.

Taste of their products are not bad. But they use "Dalda" in their products. That is quite unhygienic.

Nope If you order a cake it's more horrible, some cheap shopkeepers underaged behaving too harsh. And the price is too much I must say most expensive than ever. Suggesting to buy cakes in Mio Amore. Total waste of money ordered double decker cake of 2 kg giving an estimate of ₹2200. I hate this shop realy. Only I liked is the spring rolls

Taste is awesome. Having variety of presties and sweets of interest. Hospitality of staff is very nice & polite. But, zero following of covid-19 guideline, no mandatory mask inside, no sanitization. No limited person entry, found rush inside shop. No parking place, have to park on road. Approaching road condition is very poor.

Paramount's is far better and cheaper. Ill behaved fellows, wont allow you to park the vehicle in front of their store. You'll have to park your vehicle at other place. Food too costly and full of preservatives. No sanitization at entry, neither do the follow any covid guidelines.

Today I bought this 4 slice of cake of different flavor, but accept chocolate cake all cakes are only vanila flavor cake with thick cream covering of different colors. Now a days ALI, S starts to make durgapur people's FOOL. It's better to have any other brand in cheap rate.

It would say the best cake shop in Durgapur is either this one or mio amore depending on the location of the customer.

Anyone is B-Zone, City center is obviously recommended to go for Ali's.

The cakes are damn amazing, the texture of their cake is just marvellous and the cream is of extremely high quality.

Quality is very good.
Little expensive compared to paramount, Sugar & Spice, Kathleen etc but cheaper compared to Baskin Robins, Theque Express etc.

The cookies of your store is poor in taste and quality, so keep maintain your standard, as your podding is so delicious.
That kind of your quality is not acceptable.

Worst experience ever. Don't order from them. Worst customer service. You will regret ordering from them. Staff is very rude. They dont know how to talk to customers. Not even worst of giving 1 star but can't give negative stars. If owner of this shops is reading this comment, then please teach your employees how to behave to a customer otherwise your shop won't last long. Good luck.

I ordered a bday cake for my niece in Durgapur and they delivered the cake with someone else’s name on it! On asking them to replace the cake with the correct message they said they cannot.all they could do was apologise! A bday cake for a kid ruined because of their carelessness! Wonder how they managed to get such high reviews! Even the zomato delivery person dint help!

When it opened quality was very good but last 2 experiences of buying there I got dirt in my food once and another day I got a stale chicken sandwich which costs ₹80. So quality has gone down the drain. Unhygienic and unhealthy. Better not waste ur money here.

Love all the cakes pastries and savories here. However i miss your irish coffee flavored pastries. Plz bring it back

It is a nice cake shop.there we can find verious types of cake burger sandwich etc.the foods are very delicious.the price is littlebit high.

Evry baked food us fresh over here, especially cakes and pastries are a must have. In baked and salted items, go for chicken burger. Its absolutely different from the general concept. It has a think and huge and pure chicken patty in the middle of two buns. Varieties of biscuits and cookies are also available. Yes, and if you want to buy cake pops or handmade chocolate, you may buy it from here. Here, the chocolate is less fatty with no smell of coconut oil as we get in some local products.

Nice ambience. At too many places all around they have this placard declaring "halal neat used here. " That doesn't feel nice when you sit down and it's staring at you.

Great place but very expensive compared to other cake shop nearby in Durgapur the location is also not accessible compared to other cake shop nearby vegetarian are not going to love this shop certainly not good for Jain food

Teassty as well as healthy.
No comparison with cream and softens of cake.
Also the pastries and cookies are really good and the price also very reasonable.
Workers and Co workers are very helpful and guide you whatever you want to buy.
