All About Baking - Bakery & Cake Materials Shop in Kolkata

These are fraud people. I ordered some products online over a month back and i have still not received them. They will attend your calls first 2-3 times and say will check and get back. But absolutely no response. If you check the reviews below, you can see similar issues faced by other people.
Please do not buy anything online from this shop and get yourself cheated.

I have ordered the stuff from this website but unfortunately I have not received the order. I submitted the rupee too. There is no facility of customer care very bad experience

I've ordered 2 tall cake boxes on 7th Feb online from them. Made the payment as well. I called the number given and spoke to yashwi, who promised to dispatch the products the next day. Till today I haven't received my orders. I've messaged them, mailed them many a times, but they do not respond. They do not receive the calls too. I've msgd them to pay my money back, but no response from them at all. Totally unprofessional. Do not order online from them.

Best baking material shop in Salt Lake. The owner is very helpful and has excellent knowledge about the products available in her shop. Many things are available for customisation and response is super quick. Hope they continue to deliver like this only. All the best.

Sugar printing is done here. Good range of products, and prices are ok. The owner keeps couverture chocolate which is rare.

From sugar decorations, rolling pins, cake tins, stencils, fondants to President butters, they have everything you need to give your baked goods a professional taste & look without the wait time of online shopping, definitely recommend!

Totally unprofessional behavior. I am a baker and to fulfill my order I have placed an order two days prior. The owner of the shop confirmed my order which is to be delivered today at 12 noon. But when I didnt received any update till 10 am I called the owner. But even after multiple calls and messages she didnt replied me till 11: 30 am. Then she said I will deliver as soon as possible. But when I again not received any update I started calling again but she never received my call. And after 1 or 2 hour she said she is busy with her customer.
I had to deliver my order at 2 pm.
I somehow managed to deliver but it got very late.
And my customer cancelled all my evening order as it was a big party for 20 to 30 people and was new customer.
I have lost my customer and money.
Please be aware of this shop.

Absolutely unreliable.when called at 11 am they said will open in 15 mins and opened 50 mins later.didn’t even have all the items.and lady was laughing when I said you opened late very disappointed.

Just loved this store. The behaviour which I received from them was very polite. All the stuffs are so well arranged. I got a cake turnable table and some nozzles at very reasonable rates. Very responsive to phone calls. A must visit place if you are luking for baking essentials.

A gem of a store. Its so difficult to find baking essentials in Salt Lake. But now its all here in this small store. Prices are also reasonable.

THE OWNER WHO OWNS THE PLACE IS VERY SWEET AND HELPFUL AND I HOPE THAT SHE HAS A LOT MORE BRANCHES IN FUTUREE.

The collection was quite wide ranging with most essentials for baking including equipment as well as ingredient. The rate was quite good compared to online prices for certain items. I found a lot of stuff I don't get easily like whipping cream, food colours, etc. It's a well organised shop and worth visiting.

All kinds of baking supplies and equipment are available here. I am happy with the cake decorating & baking products which are of high quality and at best price.

Love this store. They have just about everything you need to bake cupcakes cookies, cakes, cake pops. They also have tons if new items everytime I go. They are definately creative.

Very polite and well informed staff. The shop lives up to its name as it's indeed "All About Baking" so whatever it is you need to make your dream cake (baring any electrical equipment required) you'll find it here. Product pricing is a little bit north of being just, but you don't make a cake everyday (I don't) so I didn't complain much. Would love to visit again next time I need anything for cakes. The shop is open on Sunday but is closed on Mondays.
