Aloha - The Cake Boutique

Terrible experience when I ordered birthday cake for my daughter. While we agreed that delivery from their end may not be possible, and had to rely on Swiggy genie, it was expected that they would at least take care in packaging. It was so Unprofessionally packed that the entire food item was a waste.
I can only wish them luck with their business which they seem to grow by spoiling little kid's birthday party. May God bless them with some sense and humanity to understand how kids get hurt due to their unprofessional and mindless act.

Unexpected from the owner of this cake shop! I have been a loyal customer since last 8-9 years and even did few workshops with them when evn the shop was not there! I ordered some cakes on Holi they agreed to deliver on day before and also gave us an option on delivering through swiggy genie. They did not deliver on day before. Suddenly on the Holi day, when I was not able to find a swiggy genie for long, they threatened me that they will not take any order in future. This was a problem for both the sides as they were losing businees and I had to attend some Holi party and I had to take this with me. You should remember that, your behavior with your loyal customers matter, more than making business! If this is your business ethics, then I am sorry, you are going to have more bad experiences in future!

Nice to see your modest reply, which could be better reflected in our whatsapp conversation. At least you could have showed some sort of decency before blocking me as your loyal customer, on whatsapp. And don't judge anyone without knowing their condition. Who told you that I am in favor of wasting food? I didn't have any option, but to cancel the order, it was almost 9 pm and I was tired of trying since last 5-6 hours, with no cooperation from your side!

Restaurant decor, food quality and quantity, presentation everything was very good. The only thing which I feel can be improved is the service time. Looking forward to visiting again.

Amazing ambience mind blowing veg cuisines they offer.loved it to the core.their deserts were icing in the cake to sum up a wonderful dinner.keep rocking richa n aloha team.highly reccomended.

We went to aloha on a Saturday eve with our 3small kids. 55minutes after ordering food n requesting waiters to serve us soon, the owners (trio of husband wife n son) threatened us to pay the bill for the food which we didnt eat. Pathetic service n pathetic attitude.worst place in Kolkata to go to. Suggesting never to try this.

This cafe offers pure vegetarian options for various dishes like sushi, charcoal burger etc. The most interesting thing is their selfie coffee. But the pocket pinch is on a higher side compared to the food offered. The interiors are good.
They also take orders for eggless cakes with amazing designs be it mechanical designs, lighting in cakes etc.
If someone is looking for pure veg options, this cafe is good
They also have space to organise parties for kids and have various games for kids.

The ambience is nice, however we were really unfortunate to visit on a Saturday wherein a huge group of women had come for kitty party so the service was very slow

Place looks small upon entrance but after 2 flight of stairs it reveals itself to a decent sized restaurant. Built by a young entrepreneur its a fairly up to date eating joint with wide selection of dishes and their USP being the selfie coffee. Food was good, ambience is also tranquil. Overall a good place to spend time.

I have visited lots of cafe's but this ALOHA cafe is a beautifully decorated with a great ambience. The food was just amazing tasteful. And the most lovely taste is SELFIE COFFEE. LOVE THIS PLACE

Loved the food.will b back soon toh try some more exciting signature dishes.charcoal pasta was too yumm n the falafal wrap was perfect.
