Amantran Hotel & Resorts, Digha

I'm booked in first time OYO room, number 405 as a very bad experience. Majors of hygiene issue in there room and also not a proper door locks.shows the room by online very need and clean but not a same thing. It's false?

Visited this hotel with family. Booked with breakfast, i.e, Room + CP, but they said that breakfast is not included in your package. They do have clean rooms, but the pool timings were extreme bad.
The behavior's of the Front Office Staff was worse, they couldn't solve the problems we faced.
Out of 10 I would rate it a 4. Worth of money, but wastage of travelling energy.

Pls avoid this property. They are running it just to scam people. We had a book from online, while check-in they cancelled it and ask for offline book again. Don't ruin your holiday. Thanks.

Rooms are not in good condition. Staffs are not so friendly. The place is beautiful. The poolside looks great. Food quality is standard.

Behebiour not good, food good but costly, location not good.because travelling cost to mmuch.near no anu shop.only drinks shop.

Worst experience ever. Please avoid this hotel at every cost. Their service towards guest is horrific. They deny checkin even after having confirmed booking. Price of food is way overpriced. Also quality of food and service is worst.

Very far from the beach.but the rooms are good.but there are many restriction for the pool.so no use of giving the pool

Very affordable and well maintained property. Rooms were neat and clean. Food was amazing.

Without even informing the guest they had cancelled our bookings. When we reached they told us can't find your booking I'd so rebook it direct from reception and pay more. Such a disaster experience. Never go for this place they are rude and location is very bad.

Room is good. Food is very expensive but taste is good. Service is very bad. If you order food it will take long time.

-One of the Best Hotel to be at in Digha hotel's very own environment is so great that you won't even want to get out of the compound.
Very friendly staff will help you in every possible way.
-They have a great swimming pool you can have some drinks there and chill out.
-Have a beautiful Garden which also has sitting places.
- Their Resturant's food is also good won't disappoint you but yes they will take time in cooking cause they are always overloaded with orders.
- The only problem is location it is a little less than 1 km from the beach so you will need to take E-Rikshaw from the hotel to beach.
- Will definitely recommend this place you'll enjoy your vacation fully here.

One of the bestest hotel/resort I have stayed in. This one's a huge complex comprises of 2 separate building.

Location is very to access. This is on a drive away. Just before the Digha Biswa Bangla Welcome Gate even the buses will give a stop if you wanna deboard here.

The best part is this place has its own FL Off Shop so you don't need to go anywhere else for a booze, and a cozy swimming pool with timing of 10-7. (Carry pool dresses else you need to buy at a cost of 250). They have in-house restaurant with a reasonable price and good quality food. They have brilliant and courteous support staffs come with great room service.

Every room comes with a great view from the balcony. You will enjoy every minute in here. This place is quite, safe, hygienic, kid-friendly with 2 gardens, even seating area to drink outside.

The only issue is distance from the beach. It's nearly 1.7 km from the beach which is 20-25 minutes of walking distance. So you need to take an auto or a Toto which will cost you 50 rupees to reach the Old Digha Beach.

The infrastructure is good. But the management is very very poor.
If you ask for room, if you ask for food, there first reply is NO.
When there higher authority come to know the problem they solve that instantly.

An amazing place, with so nice staffs. They are extremely helpful. The only bad thing is that its a bit far from old digha beach. So you can't just come and go, you hv to take a auto if you don't have your own vehicle. But else's very nice and decent place. With swimming pool and a beautiful garden that has swings. Loved to stay. Will stay at Amantran every time I visit Digha.

The good things: the pool, the food taste, the staff behaviour and the garden
The bad things: the food delivery.if you have ordered some thing it will take more than 1 hr for the order to reach your room.very slow service.

Dont use the phone number from the chat option, its a scammer. Go to the website and contact the contact number that is mentioned there. I got scammed of 7500 rs.

Sorry for 1 star. Need to stop people to get scammed and wanted to bring it under notice.
