Dogs are scattered inside the hotel barking badly whole night, geaser not working

3rd class service and behaviour from hotel staff.

Receptionist Khokhan Lat one of the pathetic person destroying resorts image.

Pre booked advanced paid hotel rooms was not allowed to check in.

Room upkeeping like cleaning is not up to the mark. Hair in bed, bed sheet are old lots of stain mark. Electrical plugs are coming out of walls. Swimming pool not clean properly.

We stayed in room numbers 102 and 103,
The AC was not working so was the intercoms. The hotel knew about it but still gave us those rooms. Stay is very rude so is the manager. So my recommendation is stay somewhere else if u don't want to spoil your mood.

Very near and clean. Staff r very well behaved.specially Bikash Da.food is very tasty, huge property and huge buildings

The rooms are pretty bad. Nothing like the photos. Bathrooms can get water logged. The pool was dirty, it was opaque green and not blue at all. There is a nice playground and garden. The hall was good too, we came for a family event.

Great place to hangout with friends. Good ambience with pool side and lawn. One thing that disappointed during the last visit is that they have cut down all the trees near the fence which actually added to the beauty of the place.

Definitely a place to consider when going with family to Tarapith. It is a couple of kilometers before Tarapith. Has good lushy lawns and a pool too. Food is tasty and service staff do their duty well.

Good rooms, Switroom and cottages. Nice pool. Room price very reasonable but food and alcohol too much expensive.

Once upon a time this was a good hotel with a nice restaurant. Approximately 8/9 years we took our lunch here when we visited Tarapith. But today when we came here for lunch, they even not come to take the order. All staffs behavior is very disgusting and careless. We feel very shocked for such degradation and leave the restaurant without taking lunch.

Good resort. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms lacks certain amenities like cloth hangers. Staffs are courteous and food is also good. The place is placed in between lush green fields.

Room was not up to mark, room service is slow, no proper rules regulations of swimming pool, ac was not working properly and the worst part is that few droplets of dirty water of ac falls from it. No proper management, only thing I like is the food quality,

I loved everything about this place. The location is good. It is not too far from tarapith mandir. But if you want to avoid the crowded hotels in the mandir area you can definitely give this a shot. Food was good. Try the Indian main course. It is delicious. They have a swimming pool, cottages, bungalow and two separate buildings for staying. The rooms were above average. A little bit dirty curtains and linen here and there. But overall the peaceful environment and the greenery around makes me want to go back again. Restaurant and a bar is also present. Overall I was really satisfied with my stay.

We went there for dinner it's a ok type for food n service.go there if your expectations are not high

Well maintained.have plenty of greens.a nice swimming pool (one of my favorite) and avove all the behavior of all the staffs are really good.

The worstly managed hotel of my life. They really don't know how to serve a guest. Mostly third class attitude of the working staffs.specially the front office staffs.

You can't skip your holiday just like that, if you don't visit this hotel. A place with a eye capturing view and also a quiet place as it is away from the Tarapith City. This hotel is worth spending atleast 4 nights as it has a swimming pool (for kids and showering option too) and a park as well! The hotel is a few kms in distance from the Rampurhat Railway station and could be seen from the main road. The hotel has accessible amenities as well as complimentary breakfast if selected. It's better to book via makemy trip (a website) as you'll get a it in a cheap price.

Hotel is Good. But Hotels Staff including Hotels manager behaviour is very bad. We are very disappointed. We do not suggest anyone to stay into the Hotel.

অসম্ভব সুন্দর জাইগা। যেন রাজানগর. বেশ ভাল পরিসেবা দিয়ে থাকেন। আপনারা সেখানে অনুসঠান করতে পারেন। পার্ক টা অসাধারণ এবং পারকিং এর সু ব্যাবস্থা আছে।

A resort with huge campus, housing budget accommodation to luxurious suits, swimming pool, play areas, Flower garden ideal for spending weekend with family or friends

Room quality was so bad. But the whole area is beautiful. But, at the end of the day, you have to come to your room.

The experience is good. Ambience is definitely good out of the crowd area.
This place is isolated on the way to Tarapit.
Restaurants/Room service /pool facilities are there. Bar is also open.
Probably the problem happen only with the service part cas in actual team leadership is not present from the upper management side but definitely entrepreneur is trying hard to make it a success.

You can visit to get a eco friendly living lifestyle on the way to Tarapit.

Location is about 10 minutes from Rampurhat It has parking facility with ambient rooms, cottage, AC conference hall, bar, boat riding, childrens play ground and Swimming pool open from 8am to 9 pm

Serene location, well orchestrated lawns and gardens, swimming pool, fishing pond coupled with good brightly lit rooms with modern amenities.

The hotel is a bit far from Temple, so location is good and view outside hotel is good. Except this nothing is good about the hotel. Very uncleaned and poor maintained rooms, half of the room utilities are broken, poor service quality by waiters, horrible food quality and the most funny part is that even after complaining to the management they are least bothered about the complaints and they are ok about it. God help such hotels

Beautiful hotel. Restaurant and bar is there. Garden is the main attraction. You can have your dinner in open. Parking facility available. Rooms are good within budget.

What the heal behavioral conditions els was non acceptable non of them were abale was to accept discount after we r daily consumers.

CrHas a pool but water is muddled but overall it's nice place and has lots of room for stay and marriage functions

On our recent Royal Enfield ride the behavior of hotel staff was very bad. The room service was disappointing and the quality of food was of very poor quality.

Nice hotel, 3 star just because of room service. A resort with Restaurant, Bar, Swimming pool, lawns, pond with boating and fishing. Comfortable for all kind of tourist. Tarapith temple is 4.5 km away from hotel and Rampurhat station is 5 km, but local transport is available from morning 5 to 10 at night. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

कमरे आदि जगह अच्छा है किराये के हिसाब से। एसि रुम ओर नोन एसि के किराये में ज़्यादा अन्तर नही जो कि अच्छि बात है। रिसेपशन आदि बढ़िया है। लेकिन हौटेल ग्राउन्ड उतना साफसुतरा नहि। बगिचें बढ़िया है। कनफारेन्स हल में स्थायी प्रोजेकशन का सुबिधा उपलब्ध नही। खाने का दाम थोड़ा महेंगा है। आसपास ५०० मिटर के अन्दर कोई दुसरा खाने पिने का जगह इया कोइ दुकान उपलब्ध नही। कटेज अच्छे हैं।
