Food quality is good. But the reception staff need to be more cordial and welcoming. Their lifeless and "Customer taken for granted" behaviour leaves a bad taste.
Today ordered in the restaurant for parcel special mutton biryani. The condition of biriyani was too bad. No flavour was present in it. Seemed like having colourful rice. Mutton was too bad in taste. Worst experience. Will never suggest Aminia to anyone for biriyani atleast.
Ordered chicken chap. Cost 250/- per plate. A small piece of chicken with universal gravy. Probably they forgot how chaap should taste. Deterioting quality day by day, never going to buy food from them.
Ordered special biryani from here, quantity and quality is good enough. However, felt bit overpriced as compared to other good restaurants in Ranikuthi area.
Very nice restaurant with well behaved staffs. I really like there Biriyani very much and I don't think anyone can deny them. They really make it with authentication.
Worst chili chicken ever i have test. No sauce add very bad smells. Poor quality cooking i ever test. Street food beater then that. Never ever order chili chicken. Cook don't no how to make chili chicken.very poor.
We ordered food by directly calling them and the experience was simply put, extremely pathetic! The person who was coordinating the delivery was extremely insensitive and rude. When my food was not getting delivered on time, he behaved extremely harshly with me and said that the food would not be delivered at all, because it was raining heavily and the restaurant is closing down. The surprising fact is that the rains had completely stopped in the area atleast 15 minutes before he said that to me. On trying to talk more, requesting them politely to deliver the order on time, he senselessly and very impolitely disconnected the call after lying about the current weather condition repeatedly. We are a very frequent and old customer of Aminia and this kind of communication with customers is highly unnaceptable and impolite. Please improve this behaviour and also give the person coordinating deliveries a good lesson on how to talk to customers, if you want to retain a valued customer.
Would have given 0 star. Price is too high and quantity is not enough for one people. The mutton they serve with the biriyani is full of bones rarely any edible piece. One of the worst experience in my life.
Taste of food is average. But its really disappointing that quantity was so less that it's not sufficient for one person also. Felt like I did mistake by ordering from Aminia. Beware from this fraud restaurant.
The ambience of this restauant is pretty good. Good for kids and groups especially. Staff behaviour is alright. Their quantity of food is good enough. Just the staffs can only speak in Bengali and Hindi. On an average its ok. Hope you all are benefitted by my review. Thank you very much.
I have ordered 4pcs. Of Galawti kebab by swiggy. I just received that without baby parota. I called and talked to your restaurant guy and he told me that they don't serve baby parota with this kebab and also they don't serve pudina chutney. I am very surprised.
As i live very close to the restaurant, i get my delivery very quick unless it is a rush hour. Many family celebration have been done here. It's affordable. Most of the menu is light for the stomach and family members young and old can have the food.
Standard of food uneven. Good on some days and terrible on others. Today was one of the latter with charred, tough Tikka kebabs which were reheated ones, most likely. Too much salt in the curries. Hope we have a better experience next time.
Aminia restaurant makes me quite nostalgic, and I'm a frequent visitor. However there are two things which I do not like. Firstly when my younger brother of 7yrs wanted to eat a roll he was denied of doing so and made to sit on the ground floor. Secondly a man was carrying a dish and then crashed into someone and the dish fell an inch away from me, due to my reflexes I jumped away. Instead of apologising to me they were fighting. Overall food quality was excellent
Very inconsistent quality and service - I've had excellent biryani and firni here on many occasions, but I also vividly remember being served cold, dry biryani and my dental excercises on mutton pieces that could easily defeat bone-dry leather in toughness.
The guys mixing the biriyani mix it with their bare hands. No gloves, nothing. Yesterday I had taken a packet of mutton biriyani home. Found a strand of human hair in the piece. I don't think anything can be more gross than that. Highly unhygienic. I will never order anything from there. Ever.
