Amtala Club

Amtala Club is at the junction of Ashrampara. One way goes to punjabipara, one to haidarpara, one to panitanki and the last towards pakurtola.

It is a non-profit organization and rendering
a few social services like art classes, children
Park etc.

I remember they used to be one major stop for Durga Puja, which doesn't seem to be anymore for a few years.

Nice place it has playground for kids to play which opens at 5p.m and cloases at 8p.m. It also make durga puja pandals which are beautiful.

Amtala Club is very famous club at Siliguri, Ashrampara. It is also known as Activity Club, Cultural club and sports Club. The members of club are very helpfull and socially very active, they also provide the basic requirements to the needy people. There is also a small children park which is maintained by the club.

Very fraternal club, The Durga Pujo of this club is inaugurated like other clubs in our neighborhood but there is a little less talk of culture in the club. Honestly the club is in our neighborhood and we are members of this club, so we know a little more about the workings of this club from other clubs.

Very famous club. There are various sports as well as cultural events and performances. Besides, various kinds of social activities like donation of clothes, blood donation camps etc arrange every year. At present, there is a rocker for children's play and an adult sitting chair has been provided.

Sports like cricket, badminton, tennis are taught and beautiful and huge pandalas are created on the occasion of durga puja and kali puja

This place is most enjoyable for little boys and girls, because, here play things is available.

One of the oldest clubs in Siliguri. Also has a small children park with slides, swings, and other exercising equipments in their club premises.
