Full regret after eating food. High priced food, but quality and quantity both were disappointing. Not recommending even if you are too hungry. Proper disappointment!

I have no doubt that this is the best of the many restaurants I have had the pleasure of eating in so far in Durgapur.

Mutton biriyani must try item. But my last visit I was trying chicken biriyani, taste was very bad. And the waiter deny to give the happy hour offer also. But overall experience was good.

Veg & non veg items available here. Good food and great taste. Best services. Food is not too much spicy and good quality.
Visit with family or friends.
Must try kashmiri polau and butter chicken.
Location- It's located near City centre bus stand and land mark can be smart Bazzar (which is before know as big bazaar).

If you are looking for the place where you can chill out with the friends then must visit the place for good time

We went there 31st August. The food quality is worst. It's overhyped restaurant. Not recommended at all. All the food wasted, worst taste.

Space is comparatively smaller. But tasty menu, prompt service, nice behaviour and pocket friendly.
They also serve take outs very quickly.

Location wise very good. They provide a wide variety of foods. The Thali especially is very nice. One of the main thumbs up of this restaurant is its Pocket friendly price list along with its authentic cuisine. A must try for any lunch out or dine out.

Really great place for a family eat-out. The place is comfortable, has a really nice ambience and really great and modest staff. Plus the menu is super affordable and you get quality dishes that are extremely delicious but are not too heavy on the purse. I have been an admirer of their food since a long time and I'm really glad to see that they still maintain a decent standard. Must try!

By default one star is mandatory, otherwise this restaurant doesn't deserve even a single star.

Let me start with the service which was utterly pathetic. We waited for half hour just to get a menu card even though the restaurant was empty. We had to ask for the menu at last as noone was responding. They didn't even ask to serve the food. Just put down the plates and left.

Now coming to the food. First of all they served stale food. The quality of the food was tasteless & disgusting. Everything we ordered was literally just not fresh. Total waste of money.

There was no washroom in this so called Multicuisine restaurant. Just a jar or water outside to wash hands. Again pathetic.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY in this restaurant. Not recommended at all.

Delicious food is served. Good behaviour and hospitality. Reasonable price. Any type of food is cooked according to proper taste. Satisfying experience.

From last 9 years I am a customer of Annaya's Multicuisine Restaurant but today I get very bad quality food. I ordered Masala Kulcha, Paneer Butter Masala, chicken lolypop, Chicken Tikka Masala and Tandoori chicken. The Tandoori chicken quality is just worst. The chicken was not fresh. I complain to the service manager but they didn't listen properly. Really a bad experience with such a bad food.

As per early experience I visited there with lot of expectations but dear O dear I felt they really didn't update themselves with the time. Still in Puja times they used to serve only limited, very limited food items. Initially I was in double mind that should I order or not but as I went with full family I decided to stick over there and somehow placed my order. Food quality is okay. But I will suggest them to go for a bit bigger sized place and versatility in food menu. Otherwise in this competitive market It will be so difficult to survive.

Good restaurant at Durgapur city center. Food quality is awesome and good service. Both veg and non-veg options available with many options. Overall nice place to satisfy your hunger.

The behaviour of delivery persons working here is very supportive and gentle. The menu serverd here is also of good quality

Food was good but service was not good at all, as the food was served very late after a wait of 1 hour and still the roti was very hard please do improve ur service.

This restaurant is equipped with ac and table booking facility is available here. Most of the dishes are well served and the price ranges are reasonable. Do spend a family time here.

My first ever choice for a restaurant in all over durgapur. The quality of food and the environment of this place is very pleasant and hygienic.actually I cant think to eat in other restaurants just because of this place.

It is a very good place to go with your family and friends for dinner breakfast or lunch. This place is not too cheap but it is cheaper than other standard hotals.

One of the best restaurants in Durgapur. We tried thali there and it was pretty good in terms of taste wise as well as portion wise.
The thali contains, rice, pulses, two types of fries, two types of curries, papadum and chutny (ভাত, ডাল, বেগুন ভাজা, আলু ভাজা, শাক কুমড়ো দিয়ে ছ্যাচড়া, আলু পোস্ত, পাঁপড় এবং চাটনি).
You may add fish or chicken dishes according to your choice.

The food in this place is like wow.
The hospitality they offer and also the separate rooms for people who want a bit privacy is the thing that I loved.
